nothing really. i have no ilk for now. it has exceeded my expectations.

PandaDoc is easy and quick to use. The free service meets mine and my clients needs

PandaDoc is quick and easy to use and keeps everyone on the same page in the documention process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is wonderful. I hope it becomes the streamlined use for document signature. My only complaint is the document has to start over when you want to make a change. It would be great to be able to edit the document after submission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of communication, order of signature, everyone is looped in and provided the final document. Prior to using pandadoc we had one docusign account which was sent from our administrator. Clients did not recognize her name and often the signature was therefore, not obtained.
Really Useful Software for Small Business/Start Ups
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that basic E-sign functionality is free and unlimited. And that I am notified when a customer has viewed/completed a doc
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! Haven't had any issues at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer order forms are now a quick and easy task so that I can get back to providing value to my customers. It also removes a technical barrier for the end customer and makes signing an order fast and convenient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give this a try before going to the obvious competitors. It probably does everything you need for less money
I have been using PandaDoc for at least 2 years and I love how easy it is.
What do you like best about the product?
My clients are very happy to access the documents anywhere with the usage of their phones or laptop. It`s pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It`s all good in my opinion. All my clients are older people and they never complained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sell real estate so my sellers and buyers live in different states and it would take more time to do my job if wasn`t for Pandadoc.

Pandadoc is easy to use and reasonably priced

You will receive a lot of confirmation emails until you get your email preferences the way you like them

With remote workers getting approvals was difficult until we began to use Pandadoc

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely everything! But, especially the support that you get from the Pandadocs staff!!! They are so awesome and will fix any problem!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that there should be a guided review for the document signer that forces/shows them that they must select certain options among the checkboxes in an area. Currently, this version doesn't allow for that option, but it would be a lovely addition for people who "skip" over things and just click through.

Excellent and user-friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find the UX/UI extremely well though-out and the tool is easy to use. I've never had any complaints from my customers that they don't get how to use or sign the documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Haven't find any flaws so far at all.

An easy and fast way to create digital signable documents for my customers.
Amazing Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing tool. Helped me to make a proposal in 30 minutes, which ought to take 3/4 hours otherwise.

Umm.. Nothing just some of the functionalities are little challenging to understand or to find.

Yana quickly responded to my Support Message describing my problem with the images missing on the documents. I was very impressed with the proactive approach and communication with me. Issue was resolved in a reasonable amount of time and i was notified that all was good to go! BRAVO Yana and Team! I know things happened that can catch us by surprise, You all did great !! There wasn't anything I didn't like. The platform not showing the images was a minor inconvenience that quickly resolved
