A must have
What do you like best about the product?
I came here after taking serious use of Docusign which is great software as well, but getting to know PandaDoc that's stellar.
A great, value for money and resourceful software which became a must in our day-to-day operation of the business. Definitely recommend.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are little lags between in-app incidents, but I'm sure that will be resolved too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All legal affairs of the business in collaboratively signing agreements and contracts including but not limited to the employee, freelancers, business partnership and more. Wedo use template and contract management, dox generation, the integration within few other apps and of course E-signature.

What do you like best about the product?
I need to get a lot of paperwork signed and usually send back countersigned copies. PandaDoc makes it so easy and fast. I used to waste so much time printing, scanning, emailing, etc. and PandaDoc has eliminated the need for all that.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to customize the home screen dashboard as I don't need all the categories that it defaults to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am so much more organized thanks to PandaDocs. I have all my signed paperwork in one place and I can easily download it when I need to instead of worrying about keeping track of hard copies.
Invaluable for Contractors, Prospects, and Clients
What do you like best about the product?
Creating templates with reusable elements and simple variable changes in a list makes it easy to scale operations. The visual editor makes it easy to design appealing proposals as well, and the built in legally-binding eSignatures has sped up every part of my sales and hiring process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only dislike that I don't have the budget to go to higher tiers where they lock some of their nicer features in, like the content library that would let us drag and drop different reusable blocks, I bet that would help for proposals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Legally-binding documents, appealing proposals that we can track how far along a viewer is.

If you own an independent business and you want to scale up and legally secure your contracts, and even get paid faster, get on Pandadoc.

I have tried others and PandaDoc far exceeds my expectations. They are easy to use and the customer support is awesome.

I am now working virtually. PandaDoc allows me to send consents to clients and have them returned quickly and efficiently.

If you are seeking a document service that is user friendly, efficient and with great support, PandDoc is for you.
The depth and assistance is unmatched! It is certainly the most comprehensive software.
What do you like best about the product?
The quick response on questions I have! I also find myself using this daily with the intention of closing business. It has almost become something that clients enjoy too and has helped me close more deals because of its ease of use and helpful walkthroughs. I would also commend Arteym for his quick and knowledgeable walkthrough hat had me sold immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The photo uploading doesn't have mass drops. I would like to dump 10+ photos to use for reports but have to do it one at a time. I wish my Word Doc proposals we did use transferred easier to the software so I could exclusively use Panda Doc for that. Our proposals have to be pretty specific and our current word templates provide a better platform for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esignature for clients and proposal creation. I have been using for 3 months now and I can't believe we didn't use them sooner. I looked them up online and they were the highest rated. Arteym helped us get set up and even walked us through the different things you guys do. It was extremely insightful and a huge difference from our current situation even at a birds eye view. Using the free trial and being able to seamlessly switch to a membership was great too. I would love to recommend it to anyone that needs a step up in their esignature and document creation software

My business is new, and it was important to me to find an easy, secure and professional way to get contracts signed by my clients. PandaDoc has definitely worked well for me and my business!!

I haven’t run into any downsides, and I’m generally pretty picky about the technology I use!

I love the simplicity of PandaDoc. It is so easy to pick and use. Everyone I've referred PandaDoc to loves how easy it to use.

I can't honestly find anything about PandaDoc I don't like!!

PandaDoc helps me save time creating contracts for clients. This timesaving benefit alone made me a lifelong customer of them!
A game changer for my business!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity and the intuitive nature of the product. Paradoc's makes it easy to send out and follow up on quotes and contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could easily download a Excel friendly file of the customers names and email addresses and if they completed their contract or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a better turnaround time on follow up with our contracts than we've ever had. Following up his key because most of our customers are shopping around so the constant connection keeps us in front of their eyes.

I highly recommend panda docs to anybody who needs to create agreements between customers and their business. It also is a handy tool for creating employee handbooks that need to be reviewed and signed off on.

What do you like best about the product?
Both the user interface and admin dashboard are user-friendly and professional looking. It is really easy to use. With just a few clicks, documents could be generated a signed!

Nothing! I love everything about PandaDoc including the name!

PandaDoc is the best HIPAA compliant platform that we have ever used. We tried others before, but they were too difficult for our patients unlike PandaDoc. With PandaDoc's non-intimidating system and interface, our patients have agreed to sign their documentation much quicker than ever before! Our patients used to ignore the requests to obtain their e-signatures when we used other systems. PandaDoc has increased our patients' document return rate!

Give it a try. It will definitely increase your patients or customers’ willingness to sign your documents!
PandaDocs - Panda's are cuter, but this tech is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Not only how easy and fast it is to send a proposal to clients, but also how quick it runs now. They updated how quickly the system can handle things since we've signed up and it's much much faster load times. Funny thing is, we started using Pandadocs I was keeping all of our signed agreement copies on our google drive, but didn't even notice that Pandadocs actually saves all of them anyway!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes editing a text box position can be tricky, but this has only come up once in the few years we've used it so far. Building a template from scratch was a bit hellish, I had no idea what I was doing, would love some more tutorials on this, maybe some kind of kick off call?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of time to send a proposal, and keep the info up to date. We've realized more proposals, more sales because of it. I use it daily, and I can honestly say it saves me a week or more of time on my work schedule because the creation of documents is so simple and easy to use and quick. We've realized more business and it also allows us to leave a better impression with each client we work with.

It's fast, reliable, easy to use and super professional. Money well spent on our end this tool saves me weeks of work per year in contract creation.
