What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has many positive characteristics but the one we like the most is the ability to know when a client has opened the document, and that I can add all of my coworkers under a specific Workspace. Also, how easy it is to group several documents and send them all under one email or signature link.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc is perfect! We use the free version but the paid version is even better. If we need any of the premium tools, we'll buy PandaDoc immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved several issues: We have, now, a truly paperless office thanks to PandaDoc and we can speed up the signature process by sending the unique link to our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PandaDoc is a very versatile online app. It has many perks: the eSignature, the eSignature trail, fully compatible with Adobe Forms, you can have your contacts stored there, an organization system for your documents, form, and templates... So, my advice is to test each one of their tools one by one so you can develop the best workflow possible.
Unbelievably easy to use and SO helpful
What do you like best about the product?
When I upload a .pdf it asks if I want to autofill all of the spots on the form. This is so convienent expecially when I have a huge document with 20+ pages. I also love how easy it is to add/change the person who needs to sign. Two or three clicks and everything is switched to the new signer
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have too many issues. everything is really easy to use. I do find it kind of annoying that I get multiple emails on the same document (when they view and when they sign) as I don't really care for the email that tells me when they view. But I'm sure there is a way to turn that off in the settings, I just haven't cared enough to search it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have employees all over the state, and even some that work out of state. It was a huge pain emailing out PDFs, having people print them off, sign them, and then scan/send them back. Some of my employees don't have access to reliable internet which would corrupt the files we sent back and forth, documents would get lost, low quality images, and just general all around issues. PandaDoc is a life saver, and even if I accidently lose the file everything is still right there on the website! And it is so easy to use, even for my older employees who are not so tech saavy. Just so helpful.

The ease of use. I love the interface. The snap lines are awesome.

There isn't a whole lot not to like. Maybe being able to download docs individually

Time, there is never enough and it saves time.
Makes collecting electronic signatures easy, convenient, and quick
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of signing and sending the document to all participants. Participants are able to click on the link and quickly sign the required fields. Also, there are emails to notify users of completed signatures. Uploading is quick. To view all of my documents and check the status is easy to look at!
What do you dislike about the product?
Just to add/change a signature on the document, all of the signatures need to be completed by all participants again. Not a big deal though!

It’s helping me to collect virtual signatures that might have otherwise been harder to do on another platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best e-signature tool that I have used during times when we aren't able to acquire signatures in-person! There are certificates to confirm signatures so it is secure.

Nothing so far, it meets all of the requirements that one would expect/hope for

We close our deals much faster and the CRM integration makes the process essentially seamless

I really like how easy this is to use as well as how its integrated with Hubspot.

Fast and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use and doesn’t require a person to be tech savvy in order to utilize the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I get an error message stating that the file format is not compatible, despite using the same format for all of my paperwork.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get documents signed without having to leave the office or home. It saves time and money to be able to get documents signed regardless of time or day.

Great software for getting documents signed in a timely manner without having to travel or put them in the mail.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a service provider, I wish there was a way to have one document that is signed before service and the customer could sign the same document after service is complete. To have the customer sign the document after service I can not alter the first document so I have to create a second identical (but new) doc for them to sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this world of Covid I needed a solution to get authorization to perform work without having to exchange paperwork in person.
