PandaDoc Very Efficient and Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about PandaDoc is how efficient it is, and how easy it is to make changes if needed. In the old software system we used we would have to start completely from scratch if there were corrections to be made. With PandaDoc it is very easy to edit just what you need to correct, and get PandaDoc to customer quickly. PandaDoc is the difference between day and night compared to what we previously used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to switch from on-campus to an online document, as well as a under 18 year old student to over 18 year old student more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making corrections is the problem solved, which benefits me by saving time in my day to be more productive.

Slick and easy system, everything is easy for us and the clients

You can’t change the email for clients who have the same without doing a whole new doc

Clients returning documents and we have had them all back
Great Product and awesome features
What do you like best about the product?
I learned about this product as a google product only few months ago and I have been using it since. I have no complain whatsoever for all of the features they offer. I am probably going to upgrade to create a template and save myself more time but I would highly recommend at least trying it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if people will need to enter their email to sign the document ? . Maybe a little price drop for subscription basis ?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease to use and having an IP address noted on signature page.
Very satisfied with the ease and efficiency of Pandadoc
What do you like best about the product?
I especially like the email notifications provided by Pandadoc because they keep me up-to-date on the status of the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only recommendation I have is for the "document completed" email to be sent after all of the other notification emails. For some strange reason, I receive the "document completed" email prior to some of the other notification emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc makes the approval and signature process extremely easy and efficient.
Awesome Platform for Client Contracts
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy and straightforward to use. It makes getting clients to sign contracts much easier than PDF versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the free platform had the option to chase contracts or remind you when they haven't been signed.

Securing projects and giving our company more protection.

Easy to use, and make changes, love the link you can send instead of just email

We find it easier to make document changes, then other companies we've used. Nice to be able to send a link through a text if email is an issue.

It's easy to set up and use. Pleasing to the eye. Lots of features.
Easy to Use and Inexpensive
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use! It is very fast and makes obtaining e-signatures for documents a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails often go into the spam folder of first time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using PandaDoc to be able to attach a digital signature on documents when required. This has especially been useful during the pandemic when I can not obtain wet signatures as quickly or easily.
Easy and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to set up templates and love the ability to integrate with the CRM database as it allows to achieve greater efficiency with my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to pull data from two different objects in CRM into one pandadoc document

The biggest problem I’m solving is contract automation which allows to me to be more productive at my job

We are creating templates for our contracts - which are easy to do. It's also easy to communicate with your clients via PandaDoc. I thought that feature was really nice. It is also easy to navigate! And it guides signers through the signing process!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate the program. It makes it so easy for my customer's to sign their estimates from their computer or phone without the hassle of printing and scanning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to put a standard email into the proposal without having to pay extra. Also Automatic reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to print and scan is wonderful.
