Well designed, effective, popular with clients
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick and easy for me to put together visually appealing proposals for clients. I started using video explainers within proposals, which clients love, and I can quickly put out detailed proposals that clients can customize and sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with PipeDrive could be better, unable to pull statistics on products and how well they sell, sometimes customizing templates can be a little prescriptive and challenging. We also have recurring and non-recurring costs, and it's difficult for me to easily outline these costs in my proposals so I've had to find a way to do it myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a client sign a document increases buy-in and is a clear indication of what we're working on and what they're agreeing to. I like that people can view a document in the browser that can be updated, versus chasing down old PDFs. It also allows me to quickly see what projects I've bid on and have a clear understanding of where my priorities need to be. Puts a professional foot forward for the company.

If you're looking for an easy and well designed way to manage proposals and complex pricing offers I highly reccomend PandaDoc.

I love have many different things you can do and features you can add to documents

I dislike all of the emails that we can receive when the document is complete

None of our remote employees would print, sign and scan back documentation

I need electronic signatures in my real estate job quite often. Panda doc gets the job done like everyone else only for way less.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has it's own minor details to get used to if you are comparing it to the big name brands but it certainly saves me money and gets the job done in about as much time.

It’s easy to use and has a very helpful dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. I’ve been using it awhile and haven’t found anything I don’t like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of waiting days or even a week for signed documents I can now have them returned within minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can view when parents or colleagues view, sign and submit the paperwork that needs to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times a parent has missed a checkbox or a signature and submits. Once this happens, you have to completely re-do the document instead of edit and resend to the parent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to reach parents who are only having their students complete virtual learning. It has made IEP meetings so much easier!

The user interface is very easy to use and is updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The jump between version 1 and version 2 of the editors removed some features. But it’s my understanding that this has been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-signatures, Remote sales team
Can't live without it
What do you like best about the product?
I rave about this software all the time, even showing it to my mastermind group this morning. It has shaved off time needed to make proposals, from 60 minutes to 30 minutes. It also makes beautiful proposals, and makes it the process mistake proof for me. I link it to Pipedrive, my CRM, and a lot of the information is automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little hard to set up the original template to look exactly the way I would like. Luckily they helped me to set it up for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to prevent errors, using fillable fields only.

I love how easy PandaDoc is to use, and how many features it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the free version, which offers plenty of functionality and really does everything I need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great alternative to some of the other document signing programs out there. I'm able to easily send documents to my customers to approve, without them having to print, sign, scan, and email back to me.
Simple, Reliable Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that PandaDoc hooks to Google Drive so it is easy to upload my contracts directly to the software. It is also reliable and my clients have never had issues using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contracts I upload are spaced differently than when they are in Google Drive but that could be an issue with how I am doing something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting quick signatures from my clients and being able to tell when they have opened a proposal.
