What do you like best about the product?
PandaDocs has helped me organize all my important client documents in one easily accessible place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I really dislike. Took me a bit of time to get up to speed, but once I did, it has made me very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, ease of retrieval, reminders to clients. Those top points have led to closing potential deals more speedily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Integrating Pandadoc into our process and procedures has really moved us to a level of efficiency allowing the sales force to concentrate on selling. The thoroughness helps in accounting, renewals, subscriptions. It is a great product certainly worthy of consideration to any business.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Pandadoc for everything - both internal and external documents. I am really fond of the ability to send proposals with embedded media. I also like the fact that, unlike some tools, it produces something that looks like a document (rather than a web page - it looks formal. Easy to use and comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had issues earlier, but now the Pandadoc team have sorted everything out, I acually can't think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made it far easier for our small team to present a face you would expect from a larger group. We can get really first-rate proposals out fast as everything is templated and nicely set up. I like that we can produce really awesome presentations to clients, yes but we use it for cloent contracts, staff contracts and other internal documents. It is planned to become a self-service system for staff- using its forms feature for leave applications etc.

Efficient, easy-to-use product!

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to upload documents and prepare them for the signing process. I also love the "signature forwarding" feature, which allows the recipient to forward the email to another individual for signing purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The settings tab can be slightly overwhelming at first. There are LOTS of settings/ settings categories and finding the appropriate category proved daunting at first. Nonetheless, once I learned the process, it was all really simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract signing. Streamlined and easy process for obtaining client signatures. We also have the option to send private notes on an agreement that has been sent for signing and can coordinate with other teams in the process. This makes it easy for everyone to remain on the same page and get the same update in a timely fashion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to learn how to use the product efficiently from the beginning and you wont have any regrets! It's user friends, efficient, and reliable. You can also make edits to documents after they have been sent. You must resend after editing. The only thing I would change is the "cc" option. I wish the system would send the CC recipients the email when it's initially sent out, as opposed to after the intended signer has completed the document signing process. This would allow the recipients in "cc" to know exactly when the document was sent. Sometimes recipients in copy need to know if the signer has signed so that they can determine if they need to apply pressure for signing purposes.

Easy to use and lots of functionality. It is free and has other features that are useful

Little hard to learn in beginning with the text but once you get the hang of it its powerful

Easy to set and fine-tune, very versatile, seamless integration to streamline sales processes (with Saleforce in our case).
And... World class support: 5mins sharp to get a resolution, very impressive. THE example of great Customer Service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still need to search for things I dislike ;-)

Quotes and contract generation from SalesForce for a SaaS business.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to produce our proposals and contracts with legal validation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little time to proposals' expiration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We reduce the time to go to our customers to sign contracts.
We have more time, more feasible to send proposals and the process is too simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has legal validation, gaves you more time in legal issues, is too easy to work with.

The ease of use. That is very important to me.

The cursor/clicks need to be repeated in the place where I want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful because I do not have to lose time in waiting for an office team member to send out contracts. I can do them myself easily with PandaDoc.
