Signatures needed quickly for teletherapy paperwork!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use and my clients are able to access and use readily. It has options to sign by drawing or use a font. Each document is returned with verification certificate. With the recent pandemic and switching to mostly teletherapy, I had clients who were not always tech savvy with signatures on their phones. This was a perfect solution and so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Documents are not easy to edit on your phone, but easy to edit on computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting signatures quickly to provide therapy services via tele-medicine and billing. The mail system takes a long time to get signatures back.
Amazing E-Doc program that's easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Flow of process from the start to finish in sending a document. Also, the ability to attach other items along with the quote, to have a professional look from me to the client. I send a package to every new customer with the quote, that shares our story along with other information.
The other great attribute is the notification when someone opens the document and when they sign it.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, it seems there's nothing I dislike. The dashboard could use a block feature for all the documents received so far. The first few times using the program, I didn't know where the button was to see all the documents, and found it later under the logo on the left side of the screen. For small businesses just starting out, it would be nice to have more than one user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick turnaround in sending a quote to get signed. Knowing when its signed after its sent over. Knowing when it's viewed, and if a call is necessary afterward, if they don't sign right away.
The app is at total game changer, when I am not behind the screen.
It's nice to see if any show up while I am out. My closing rates are getting better knowing when I can see when they open the documents.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take it for a test drive before buying. Don't make any comparisons to the "other" similar websites. Measure the effectiveness and ease of use. Also, attempt to reach out to support, response time is more than average.
Excellent For My Business!
What do you like best about the product?
It has been seamless to send contracts for new hires and for new clients. Rather than having to have them manually sign and scan, being able to leverage the power of digital signing, it has been vastly easier to send out contracts and get important documents signed. I do also enjoy that the platform is easy to use and is easy for other employees to use as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more native integrations and ways for me to quickly re-create documents within the platform. As we do regularly onboard new clients, being able to have a way to edit saved documents directly on the platform would further streamline the process. Right now, I currently rely on Google Docs or Microsoft Word to right up the documents. If there was somehow a way to create the documents on Pandadocs and have simple ways to adjust the templates so that we can quickly duplicate them for new hires, this would make things better and would allow us to create documents faster during our onboarding process. Besides this, we really have not experienced any further issues and have been quite pleased with the quality of the software and its functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling Contracts and New Hire Welcome Letters. It has allowed me to streamline this process and get contracts signed much faster, especially in a remote setting

It has been a valuable platform for fulfilling my contract obligations and assisted me with the onboarding of new employees
Pandadoc has allowed us to close deals way faster than ever before

The integration with our CRM has made proposals a snap.

Overall the program could be a bit faster

The problem of manual data entry is virtually gone. We have closed more deals faster on Pandadoc

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is extremely user-friendly, you can upload your own documents and save templets. Send to emails or via links with a message attached. It also sends you an email of the completed document without having to log in and refresh as you wait.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only dislike is some clients of mine share an email address, and you can not put separate signatures/names with the same email. Simple fix to this and sending as a link vs sending as an email.

Solving the problem of quick easy e-sign for important business documents.
The service is very simple to use, easily integrated into our company.

Sometimes there are bandwidth issues which cause delays in response time.

Great E-Sign Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and simplicity. The fact that it's free! And my clients seem to have no issues e-signing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little getting used to finding where to locate the fields. I had to click the "x" to close out the right side box before I could see the fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to send documents to clients who don't have scanners or printers, and I don't have to worry about the ones who DO print and scan sending me watered down, blurry, faded, lopsided documents.

Highly recommend for self-employed.
PandaDoc is a savior!

PandaDoc is free while we're growing, but, as we add employees and need automated reminders, we'll be sure to upgrade!

Some form fields I wish auto-populated, such as a "date signed" field or a "print name" field (not just a text box)

I am having customers approve their remodel selections through Panda Doc!

The best things are : 1. We are now preparing all appointment letters on Pandadoc and getting digital signature so easily. 2. It has very user friendly interface which save time and effort. 3. Saves paper .

nothing. pricing should be more lucrative.

In the covid 19 pandemic PandDoc has helped to be paperless documentation + it improved our efficiency with lots of time and cost saving.

If you are looking for Digital Signature / Payment / Documents Management platform then you can trust on PandaDoc for sure.
