Game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Had helped simplify and automate the proposal process. This has allowed us to close more deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. I have not had any issues or concerns with this product. It has only helped us.

Able to systematize more effectively, also higher quality proposals that look more professional.

Signing and initialing documents with parents w/o having a special version of Adobe.

Some days we have to look really hard to find ways to be grateful and thankful,l but on most days there are people who make it easy for us to do what we need to do. As a middle school teacher, I cannot thank you enough for your free document signing service. Your company has really come through for educators like myself who cannot always afford high-end products like Adobe.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! Very user friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating new docs a bit different than what I'm used to in Word, as it acts like a WYSIWIG editor, but was an easy adjustment.

No more waiting for customers to scan and sign and email. Instant sales!

I like the ability and ease of use. It makes getting contracts very easy to sign from clients

I wish there was a trash can or a way to have deleted documents saved for just a time frame

Great tool for signatures especially in a pandemic!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc was very instrumental in getting signatures on very important documents from our student families for over 2400 students. We were also able to use it productively for staff signatures when necessary and appropriate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking was very difficult because we could not export information to know who had not completed it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to get signatures during a pandemic in which we were not able to send home documents with students to get parent/guardian signatures. It was very helpful to have this resource.

We love how we can customize any documents and even make it interactive.

We haven't run into any issues with them yet.

The ability to customize our documents allows us to be creative and effective when signing agreements

Standardization - you're able to create templates and libraries to ensure you're documents are consistent
Ease of Use - it's under one platform and you're able to integrate with other platforms like HubSpot to gain a full understanding of deals/proposals
Tracking/Status - you're able to see the status of the document. Did someone open it and not sign, maybe you should follow up with them? If you don't, not to worry - PD sends out reminders to the assigned signer.

Load time - but it could be an internet issue
LOVE PD, it has a lot of capability to make your team more efficient and look good (professional, standardized) while doing so.

Ease of proposals. You're able to work faster with templates and adding in tokens when relevant. Cuts down on the time spent building a proposal so you can focus more of your time executing/planning.

Get it, it's that simple. With all of the benefits offered, it makes sense to add to your tech stack!
Signatures needed quickly for teletherapy paperwork!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use and my clients are able to access and use readily. It has options to sign by drawing or use a font. Each document is returned with verification certificate. With the recent pandemic and switching to mostly teletherapy, I had clients who were not always tech savvy with signatures on their phones. This was a perfect solution and so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Documents are not easy to edit on your phone, but easy to edit on computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting signatures quickly to provide therapy services via tele-medicine and billing. The mail system takes a long time to get signatures back.
Amazing E-Doc program that's easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Flow of process from the start to finish in sending a document. Also, the ability to attach other items along with the quote, to have a professional look from me to the client. I send a package to every new customer with the quote, that shares our story along with other information.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, it seems there's nothing I dislike. The dashboard could use a block feature for all the documents received so far. The first few times using the program, I didn't know where the button was to see all the documents, and found it later under the logo on the left side of the screen. For small businesses just starting out, it would be nice to have more than one user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick turnaround in sending a quote to get signed. Knowing when its signed after its sent over. Knowing when it's viewed, and if a call is necessary afterward, if they don't sign right away.
The app is at total game changer, when I am not behind the screen.
It's nice to see if any show up while I am out. My closing rates are getting better knowing when I can see when they open the documents.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take it for a test drive before buying. Don't make any comparisons to the "other" similar websites. Measure the effectiveness and ease of use. Also, attempt to reach out to support, response time is more than average.
Excellent For My Business!
What do you like best about the product?
It has been seamless to send contracts for new hires and for new clients. Rather than having to have them manually sign and scan, being able to leverage the power of digital signing, it has been vastly easier to send out contracts and get important documents signed. I do also enjoy that the platform is easy to use and is easy for other employees to use as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more native integrations and ways for me to quickly re-create documents within the platform. As we do regularly onboard new clients, being able to have a way to edit saved documents directly on the platform would further streamline the process. Right now, I currently rely on Google Docs or Microsoft Word to right up the documents. If there was somehow a way to create the documents on Pandadocs and have simple ways to adjust the templates so that we can quickly duplicate them for new hires, this would make things better and would allow us to create documents faster during our onboarding process. Besides this, we really have not experienced any further issues and have been quite pleased with the quality of the software and its functionality.

Handling Contracts and New Hire Welcome Letters. It has allowed me to streamline this process and get contracts signed much faster, especially in a remote setting
