What do you like best about the product?
Integrates easily with HubSpot, easy to send and edit

Every customer who signs it thinks they have to sign up for an account after because it prompts them to do so

Easily and efficiently getting agreements signed digitally

Electronic signature and user friendly document maker tools makes the work faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Application is very slow. Preparing the doc at app is not very fast. It is not easy like web sourced. Some update should be done to application for this gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making contract or sending offer to clients used to take so much time and my clients were unpleasant about delay. I have solved this problem with PandaDoc. With the help of application all the process get faster.

If you dealing with contravy stafs, you dedinetly should use PandaDoc.
The digital signing solution I was looking for. Convenient & Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is built intuitively with convenient tips along the way. For most of the documents I've needed to draft, PandaDoc has gotten me started with multiple templates that I can customize to my particular requirements. Each template has instructions or tips for using the template and helped with things I hadn't thought of. The redlining features are great when collaborating on a document and it lets you save unfinished work within the platform to pick up where you left off.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc has opened new possibilities for us and I can't report any issues with the platform. As a legally binding platform, I was concerned collaborating with multiple parties and allowing the access to documents in-progress, I've found PandaDoc to be completely secure and changed tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For creating digital documents and getting them signed digitally has changed the way we do proposals, contracts and anything the requires a signature or important docs that require tracked collaborations
The process of getting digital signatures is simple and user friendly. The field tools let you practically build any document by dragging each field into place onto the documents, so no technical skills required and great for clients.

With a free trial, there's nothing to lose. I find it to be a superior products to some of the other e-signature platforms out there.

You can upload Gdocs or sign directly in Gdocs with PAndadoc if you already have your docs.

So easy to use and modify templates and documents and always looks professional. The fact that the documents a Legal and officially signed docs are saved. Accessing our Leases from anywhere anytime with ease and flexibility. Ease to input contacts and info for use and future refer is always at your finger tips.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only issue I have is that you are not able to add or change a recipient after sending a document to multiple people without having to re-send to everyone again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I operate a Real Estate Rental business and we have converted all of our leases to digital signing. We had Panda Doc set up our leases templates and they worked with us to perfect them and set up all the token which allow us to modify the same docs for different clients. Also, the fact that all signed doc's are legal docs and saved for future reference. Panda Doc has made creating, modifying and customizing our Leases for various uses and client so easy and imported the professionalism of each lease we send.
