It's a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact it is so easy to use yet the result is super professional. The e-signature saves a ton of time and helps the environment :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel the cost of the tool is quite expensive and wish there might be other options like a basic, classic and advanced package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before PandaDoc proposal and quotes were boring and messy to put together. We now are able to send out professional documents using the details from Pipedrive CRM with just 1 click!
Easy To Use/Makes Proposals and Contracting Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is extremely easy to use. I have set up Pandadoc at the last three companies I have worked at because of it's integration capabilities (which are easy to set up and have a wide variety of systems to integrate to). Simple and efficient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional bugs when editing a document that don't completely save. The product gets better and better so I haven't noticed these bugs in the last few versions. I would like to have the ability for more design work inside of a proposal template than what is currently available. I would also appreciate the ability to customize the automatic reminders that go out and have the ability for multiple reminders and different times go out automatically. Right now, I used the public comment feature to follow up with clients and I would like something more flexible and automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated proposal generation (tied directly to our CRM system) and e-signature routing and storage. We simply add an opportunity into our CRM (Hubspot), select 'Create a Document' inside the CRM and then we create and send a proposal. From there it is all automated to received a signed proposal back that is then stored and available to our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always integrate with your CRM. It makes the entire sales process much more efficient (proposals, contracts, signatures, reminders, storage).

Helps me to pull together documents that tell the story of our offerings better than a quote alone can.

Not really a downside that I can see but I am still learning all the capabilities.

Pandadoc is very intuitive and easy to work with. We save time with PandaDoc and our clients are very happy with the integration.

Sometimes the integration with Pipedrive does not work properly, but the problems are always solved the same day.

Generating invoices for clients. I have found an easier way to send proposals to clients, for them to give me their credit card information and to sign our terms and services

PandaDoc is very easy to implement. It's very easy to create new templates when you have a finished template with all your branding you can clone.

They don't have a feature to do redlines to documents. This is something that can be improved.

Creating order forms, contracts and proposals from within salesforce and sending them out for signature.

This product is incredibly easy to use, and once templates are created, even the least tech-savvy users in the organization can use it easily.

Docs requiring approvals cannot be approved by an admin when the approver is not available.

The tool allows the sales team to create content-rich proposals and send them to clients for acceptance and e-signature.

Have all of your contracts and proposals ready to import; take the ones that generate the most revenue and value for you (e.g. your proposal form) and take advantage of the free document creation that is part of the new customer onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
Its process tracking tool for tasks allows us to always keep track of their progress. Pandadoc offers a varied and dynamic workflow management, which can be managed even without the need to be connected to the internet. We like that it allows to work the processes of payment of comfortable way, and that its file converter shows fast results. In addition, it has an excellent contacts and documents manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were not completely convinced of his mobile income, since it has been quite uncomfortable to work on it. Another problem is that your file conversion system usually stops only while you are working. Also, this function takes too long to load. Another problem is that the electronic signature function does not allow tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With pandadoc we have greatly optimized the way we manage our information in the cloud. Its integration to Dropbox makes it easier to host documents in the cloud, and create backups of them. It has also helped us with the management of our sales funnels and with the automation of our content reviews.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We recommend pandadoc to better manage payment processes, and to categorize large databases. With pandadoc it is quite feasible to carry out guided sales, and to manage budgets within the documents. It is also recommended for the fact that you can work within the platform without having to connect to the internet.

The speed is too slow, this is annoying.They should use more and powerful server. Also, i would like to select multiple content to delete them all at one. This would save a lot of time as well.
