What I like best about PandaDoc is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. From creating and customizing professional proposals and contracts to tracking document status in real-time, everything is streamlined and straightforward. The platform saves our team valuable time, reduces manual errors, and ensures that all documents; whether for contractors, employees, or legal matters; are handled professionally and securely. The combination of efficiency, reliability, and clean interface makes PandaDoc an essential tool for our growing startup.
What do you dislike about the product?
While PandaDoc is an excellent platform overall, one area for improvement is the range of integrations available on the free or lower-tier plans. Expanding integration options with other popular tools would make it easier for small teams like ours to fully leverage the platform without needing to upgrade immediately. It’s a minor limitation, but addressing it could enhance usability for startups evaluating PandaDoc for long-term use.

There isn’t much to dislike, but if I had to point out something, it would be that the template editor can occasionally lag when working with heavily formatted documents or large files. It would also be great to have a few more advanced automation and reporting options directly inside the platform without needing integrations.
That said, PandaDoc’s overall functionality and customer support easily outweigh these minor inconveniences. The platform continues to improve, and every update makes our experience even better.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate PandaDoc for its ease of use and intuitive design. The platform is user-friendly, with a nice user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). It's simple to set up and helps me get contracts signed quickly. The ability to drag and drop documents and generate links for contract reviews is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it's kind of hard to save a new document for others to use as a template. It's very annoying and it never works properly.

I find PandaDoc helps me get contracts signed quickly. It's easy to edit, send, and add collaborators, making my job easier with contract processing.
Great Way to get documents Signed
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to upload document and have your clients to sign. It notifies me right away that documents have been completed. Documents are easy to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found nothing about this program that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily have clients complete the necessary documents. I haven't had any clients that had any problems using Panda Doc.
PandaDoc works perfectly for sending contracts to clients
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform. I can prepare a contract and send it off within 5-10 minutes. My clients also find it very user-friendly and can click the link and sign everything in 5 mins or less!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the ability to edit text on the original document you upload. If I make a mistake, I have to go back to the Google Doc and change it there and then reupload to PandaDoc. Otherwise, I have no negative feedback whatsoever.

It makes the contract signing process seamless, which reduces my admin load and increases my customer service experience that I offer my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Panda stands out for being both secure and user-friendly, which makes it very easy to use. Additionally, it offers a range of features that let users customize the form according to their specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really appreciate it if Panda offered a contact list feature, allowing users to quickly select their most frequently used contacts when sharing documents, instead of having to type in their email addresses each time. In large companies like ours, this could save a significant amount of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found it straightforward to document files and obtain signatures from people across various regions of Canada. The availability of the precise date and time for each e-signature adds to the validity of the documentation. Additionally, Panda has addressed the problem of individuals using different or sometimes illegible fonts when signing papers, which ensures greater consistency and accuracy in the documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how PandaDoc facilitates the efficient and quick sending of documentation to our clients. I appreciate the ability to verify in real-time when a client receives, views, and signs the document, which significantly streamlines our processes. I also value the functionality of sending documents privately, ensuring that only the client and necessary parties have access, thus guaranteeing client privacy. Additionally, it is essential for me to be able to use the software alongside other basic tools like Word, as we generate documents in Word, save them as PDFs, and then integrate them into PandaDoc to be sent. The privacy benefits and real-time tracking capability are outstanding, and these are key aspects that would motivate me to purchase the tool again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit complicated to understand how the program works initially. Although after using it several times it becomes easier, the familiarization process was a challenge. Also, I would like to be able to edit documents once they are entered as PDF, although I understand that it is somewhat difficult to do so directly due to the format.
