Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a very easy to use platform, you can edit your documents inside PandaDoc or even upload a document from a PDF or DOC file which makes it very convenient. The platform is very reliable and it send directly to the client and also gives you the option to copy the document link to send to your clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only item that I would say needs to be reviewed is that when you paste an information when filling out a document it brings the format and it ends up messing up the document, so I have to paste it on a notepad, copy from the notepad and only than paste into the PandaDoc document
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is helping me in getting contracts singed by my clients, we build pools, so we need a contract to be signed whenever e client approves e new project.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface for creating documents to be signed, organizing the files that were signed, and creating quick proposals for clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Per user pricing makes it hard to make available for staff members that infrequently need to use it.

Quickly creating quotes that are easier to generate than previous quoting systems

I like the ease of use within the platform, level of support offered, and the integration capability with hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
I had an issue with 3rd party cookie blocking but the support team was able to help me address that within minutes, and that is the only issue I've experienced with the platform.

Having clients sign contracts virtually instead of in person.

What do you like best about the product?
I love PandaDoc for its ease of use, which makes managing documents straightforward and convenient. The in-person signing feature is incredibly valuable as it facilitates a direct and personal way to finalize agreements. I also appreciate the comprehensive document storage offered by PandaDoc, as it keeps all my files in one place, allowing for effortless document management without needing to save them elsewhere. The search functionality further enhances this by making it easy to locate specific documents quickly. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, accompanied by great support, which was reassuring and helpful. This combination of user-friendly features and solid support makes PandaDoc an exceptional tool for managing independent contractor drivers' forms and legally binding documents, proving to be a critical asset in my workflow.

Sometimes formatting templates can be a challenge.

I use PandaDoc for legally binding contracts, benefiting from its ease of use, in-person signing, and document storage, all in one place without needing separate storage.
Extremely customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable the templates can be, with every field having its own specific customizations. The customer support is very helpful. I send lots of envelopes to patients, and this was a new program for me, and I've already been able to streamline my process with the help of the support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that once I sent a packet to a patient that I could go in and revise it without losing the progress made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending virtual patients their documents to sign before surgery. It's helpful to get their medical history and signed treatment plan before coming in for their procedure.

What do you like best about the product?
It's efficient and ability to be integrated with Zapier for automations most especially routing notifications to Slack and notify the team responsible to review and implement signed contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know. All I do is use it in creating and storing contracts. It's also flexible with all the features like setting reminders for clients and sender, as well as updating contract's expiration date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an agency with hundreds of clients. Each client can have 2 or more contracts with us. Imagine the ease of storing and creating thousands of contracts in Pandadoc.

The only thing I dislike is that it is complex to integrate this with another tools.

Sending forms for review directly within the workflow—while keeping all responses documented—makes collaboration smoother and reduces the need for manual follow-ups or reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop version is far more efficient for editing templates or fields, while the mobile app works best for quick reviews or approvals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has significantly reduced the time we spend drafting and validating contracts. PandaDoc keeps us organized, streamlines approvals with e-signatures, and helps us track revisions and comments—allowing us to improve each version before finalizing.
Simple, easy, works.
What do you like best about the product?
I utilize the app for work. The best part is that the user on the other end doesn't need to be "computer savy" to get the document signed. It also shows me when the user views the document (which works when I have to explain why the form has yet to be signed. I can say (well they viewed the doc weeks ago but didnt sign it).
What do you dislike about the product?
It initially was free.. Now after 60 docs I have to pay for it. Not really an issue, but it's the only dislike I have.

I needed an easy way for clients to view forms and sign. This was it.

It is so user friendly! PandaDoc is a great option for sending documents and contracts.

There isn't anything that comes to mind.
