Nice tool for job offer extensions
What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc because it’s simple and user-friendly. We mainly use it for extending offers. I appreciate how easy it is to edit and make any kind of changes. We might not be using all of its features, but for our purposes, it works perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot think of anything. It works perfectly for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PandaDoc for job offer extensions and e-signatures. I like that it provides all the necessary templates, so I can easily create an offer and send it to the candidate — as simple as that. I can also see everyone who’s supposed to sign it, change the signing order, or update the recipients if needed. It allows me to add the candidate’s email and phone number as well. Overall, it really helps streamline the offer extension process and get it signed efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
It's how it simplifies the entire document process—especially getting signatures fast. The real-time tracking and status updates are a game-changer for staying on top of things. I especially like that sharing of link, makes the follow up easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc can be a bit pricey for growing teams. The document editor also has occasional issues, especially when customizing more complex layouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the entire document workflow—creation, sending, signing, and tracking—eliminating the need for back-and-forth emails or manual follow-ups. Sharing unique links for each signer makes the process smooth and organized. It’s a huge time-saver, speeds up approvals, and helps us close task faster.
Nothing but User Friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is super easy to use. I was required to learn how to use the software within one week, and learned in less than a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides while using PandaDoc! No complaints.

I like how I can see all of my contracts on one screen at once

The robust features like adding documents and signatures to our contracts make it a streamlined service for our end users. Could not be happier with this program.

More quoting features would be nice. Seems this area on the contract could be more inclusive of design and editing features than what is currently shown

What do you like best about the product?
The features to auto forward documents to have the rest of the signatories sign. Easy to use, Customer Support is great, and Integrated nicely with the company. We use PandaDoc every day!

The only downside to PandaDoc is the tracking

Having everyone sign the same documents without having to physically go to other jobsites.

What do you like best about the product?
We send our clients a summary of their job which includes a customized job every time and also detailed attached plans. The other feature is the built in data base of products with pictures and drop down details… means no double data entering and is an interactive experience for clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
It was really hard and super frustrating to figure out how to use it at the start! Lack or integrations and CRM attached.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving client an in-depth view of what products they are receiving and a detailed description of products, it also ensures that if there is a discrepancy between the client and us, we have can go back to what they e-signed along with all the project details. It also helps our team with ordering products ensuring it is all correct.
Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very easy to use. Last year, we were using DocuSign, but after conducting some research, we found that PandaDoc would be more cost-effective for our needs. It was one of the best decisions we made. It has been easy to use, straightforward to find information, and when we needed assistance with our bill, they were quick to respond and very helpful. As a school, we don't use it daily, but we do use it a few times a month, and it has been easy to set up our forms as templates and send them to parents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have much to say. One thing that was a bit frustrating at first was figuring out how to replace documents in a template. Once I figured it out, though, it was a snap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our schools receive students from all over Alaska, and sometimes it can be challenging to send paperwork to parents who live in the bush. PandaDoc has been great in helping us get our enrollment paperwork filled out and signed in a timely manner.

I enjoy panda doc over docusign, because I see when my client signs each spot, very user friendly

Sometimes I found it glitched, wouldn't upload a document and I had to try a few more times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saves my clients from the hassel of printing and scanning docs. As a result, no signatures are missed and frustration is kept to a minimal
It is very intuitive and hassle free with alot of options for customization.
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use when customizing a template.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing it can be finicky, if shared wrong it could require customers to request permission to edit.
