Canva for Doc management
What do you like best about the product?
Panda doc is so easy to use and so easy to create any kind of document from proposals to agreements, etc.... it is miles ahead of anything else out there
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain parts of the UI can be a bit klunky. It overall it's very way to use and is a powerful tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management and completion of proposals and agreements. We don't have to worry about tracking everything or managing templates.
Easy to use E-SIGNATURE Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a user friendly platform which provides many interesting features. We used DocuSign before but flexibility here is more. We can bulk download while DocuSign charges us separately.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) PandaDoc is not an official prefered electronic signature tool for Bank of Thailand yet so we still have to purchase small package from DocuSign.
2) There is no dedicated sales representative for us to reach. However, your support@pandadoc.com is quite fast to respond.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not a problem but PandaDOc is still not widely used in Thailand so it is not yet a prefered E-Signature tool. We cannot use PandaDoc certificate for some organizations we are dealing with (Ie. Bank of Thailand).
Love this program
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how easy it is to use with once you have something that works, you can replicate it and distribute with confidence and ease. The platform allows really easy edits and just a great system that is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have almost never come across something that I dislike. I wish the partnership with hunspot was much smoother to link up and intigrate systems more effortlessly.

It solves a super easy repeatable and convienient way to manage agreements
Seamless for Business Proposals
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is easy to set up, change and make bespoke documents. We mainly use it for drafting business proposals and found it easy to create using their templates and prompts. We then customise for specific clients and love how we can track when it's opened and what they viewed when.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some editing functions are not that intuitive such as padding under properties. But you can pick these up as you go.

Pandadoc helps us send out bespoke proposals in a fast and efficient way so we can get more business quicker.

Very useful platform to sign contracts and save time.

I don't like that's very hard to edit, I had to look in youtube how to edit it.

I dont have to meet the client in person to sign the contract and you can make suggestions

Ease of use, seamless integration with Hubspot, the ability to edit and alter on the fly.

Load times can be long but that's a small gripe overall Panda Doc has been a great tool.

Simplifies and automates proposals, signing and contract management. Reduces communication both with customers and internally since the software is intuitive to build/alter.

What do you like best about the product?
PD has been our go to document service for about 2 years and the product has continued to see regular improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It just isnt the "name" brand for people and often find customers using other services to send back signed documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PD is a hub for all of our proposal documents and allows custom tailoring to each customer. It also integrates with our CRM software which keeps things very local and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
We have NDA's signed. Their fee structure is amazing and their API is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizing those NDA's and other documents is horrible. Need a better way to organize them and automatically save them in the right folders. We now save them in a third party app since panda is so bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are cost effectively allowing us to send documents for signature. Very good.
Easy Integration Once Trained
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is right in salesforce in the opportunity. Once trained on the software it is very easy to use and is a seemless process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit confusing to learn how to use at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is solving sending out contracts to be signed and benefits me with the process of having insight when the contract was open or forwarded.
