very friendly and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
i am able to send my claimant's documents to sign to their phone and is very pratical cince they are able to get it done quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far we like it. i did not like the change on the way to add new receipients. i liked it the way it was before.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to collect signatures and payment from clients in the sales cycle.

Sometimes editing a document can be difficult.

PandaDoc helps streamline getting agreement signature and payments from clients, making for a quicker close on sales.
Great for quick quoting and contracts that are repetitive!
What do you like best about the product?
Templates make it so easy to quickly action new opportunities. I have been able, and have received feedback, on how fast I get back to potential clients with fully broken down quotes!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little clunky. When something is deleted by accident, it seems the good old ctrl-z undo shortcut doesn't always do the trick. Restarting a document is frustrating, but this is few and far between the great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick quoting and contract binding. Makes it very easy to impress future customers with timely actions on the sales side.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize documents, forms, and price quotes either from a blank canvas, or using existing templates, is unparalleled in this industry. Implementation was expedited by a superior customer support team. It's easy to learn, and the process of document creation is easy to replicate, making it the best eSignature tool we've used as a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other systems is complex, pricy, and requires significant planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps us quickly review and edit redlined contracts and agreements, get eSignature verified documents to our existing customers and sales leads, as well as central hub for all client facing and internal documents/forms.

I was able to learn and teach so quickly, it's a huge part of why it's helpful.

I haven't used the Pandadoc training but I'm sure it could answer any questions we have.

Simple documents and forms builder with great templates
What do you like best about the product?
The number one reason I chose Pandadoc was their UI/UX and the free templates available for different use cases. They were really helpful when I was getting started with the business.

Creating a document or a form is really easy with the UI/UX of Pandadoc and also they look great.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. But I wish they had better pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pandadoc for HR, Finance and Sales purposes. For example, all my employee contracts, letters to the bank, sales proposals and customer agreements are on Pandadoc.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of laying out a document is far superior to the old ways we used to do it in Word, which required constant fiddling especially with pictures and text flow settings.
- templating makes things easier and particularily useful is the intelligent price chart tables that let you create detailed options with selectable tick boxes so client can customize and build their own custom quotes themselves.
I use Panda as a document presentation tool: if possible requesting an online meeting with client, and sharing the screen I am able to walk thru the proposal and answer questions right away.

What do you dislike about the product?
The filing organization of Panda, like any foldering system is still challenged, it would be nice if we could define custom fields for meta data descriptions to allow for easier document retreivals.
The missing ingredrient for us with Panda: at this time it cannot automatically calculate leases or payment plans, based upon a total in a price page. We have to do all this manually.
- another variant of this, is you may want to calculate an annual or monthly support fee based upon your total software sale the client purchased, again simple math like 15 or 20% of total but does not seem to be in the feature set.

PandaDoc is a mobile, secure and easy to use with different document endorsement options
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to simply share a customized weblink of the documents, in order for a client to e-sign, is very helpful. This allows me to send the link from my own work email, by inserting the link inside text that I create, such as, "Sign HERE."
What do you dislike about the product?
The name PandaDoc is not as well known as compared to the other major e-sign software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed at which a document can be assembled with signature fields and dates is simple. Sharing via link is a major time saver since I can just send the embedded link from my own work email address, not from PanaDoc's generic email.
