There might be an infrequent issue where the loading process experiences a minor hiccup. However, I must emphasize that this happens exceptionally rarely and doesn't significantly impact the overall usability and reliability of the platform.

Great alternative to Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. I like that you can see updates real time. So if a provider is typing in Panda I can open that same document and help them with wrapping up the process. I use it daily.The customer support is great. It was roled out to us this year and it was easy to adapt to. It works well with our systems. I love the features!

I don not like how difficult it can be to find documents that were sent by other teammates.

Contract management part is not very friendly at this moment.

Saves time thus making the sales team's work more efficient as well as increases deal closing percentage.
Sales User sending multiple quotes every day
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is a great app for recurring documents like sales quotes. I create about a half dozen quotes a day. I like the fast fill features and the integration ability with our CRM so client information is automatically populated into new quotes and documents. The interface is clean, intuitive and easy to learn. I like the ability of users to make certain changes before acceptnce and the auto-notification of accepted quotes is great!

I don't have much in the way of downsides to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit to Pandadoc is the speed in which I can now process and send quotes. The big problem with recurring quotes is maintaining all the critical information such as price levels and product specifications. Pandadoc allows me to maintain and edit templates so changes can be distributed quickly and easily. Pandadoc solves the problem of keeping quote status and expiry dates up to date with its automated features and optional reminders.
Pandadoc makes customizable forms in an easy manner, leveraging tokens and widgets for easy build.

The ability to easily modify forms, and leverage tokens via Hubspot integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it's pretty solid, I cannot think of any significant improvements, at least for how I use the app.

Before, we didn't have an automated workflow to create, send, and track proposals and contracts. Pandadoc's workflow automation in combination with our Hubspot integration solves this issue.

Overall it's a great system but like any SaSS product there's the odd outage.

PandaDoc feels like it was made for millennials. It has a very clean user interface and a plethora of plugins and integrations that have made our deal creation from HubSpot a breeze!
It's easy to use and train people on and my clients very rarely have questions about how to use it. It makes the buying process seamless for them. I love this tool and tell everyone to use it

What do you dislike about the product?
The one area that hurts for me is no calculations in the sheets. But if I am correct they have this on their radar and have been very good about soliciting feedback and wanting to listen to their users. Very pleased with my interactions with them.

PandaDoc makes getting signatures a breeze and is very intuitive for our customers. The last thing we want is friction in the buying process and this seems to be very easy for our clients to use and understand
