Great and convenient system!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to upload documents. We can see in real time as someone is filling out the form

Sometimes the checked boxes do not lineup with the proper lines

The ability to meet deadlines and attaining proposals in a timely manner
User Friendly, But be prepared to spend a lot of time in it

I love the drag and drop functions, it allows me to display how I want and build to suit my style the best

It takes a while to learn. It isn't software to be able to just jump in and go, you need to learn before fully understanding it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidates all of our quoting into one spot. It allows us to see at a glance what stage each deal is at.

Panda Doc is a good tool for a business where you need to keep the integrity of digital documents and easily process a high volume of signautres.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can be a deterant for a small nonprofit, but if you frequently spend time signing and gathering signatures, it might still be very well worth it.

PandaDoc ensures we are all getting our documents signed quickly when spread across multiple campuses.
PandaDoc Streamlines School Documents
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small independent school and were looking for a way to create electronic enrolment forms as well as other forms we need parents to sign and submit each year. I spent a lot of time looking at the options available and trying out free trials and PandaDoc was by far the most flexible and easy to use. I was also impressed by the responsiveness to my questions -- both during the trial and after signing up. The program is user-friendly, and when I wasn't able to figure out how to do something on my own, I could usually find it in the resources or by contacting support. Despite a few bumps in the learning curve, using PandaDocs has streamlined our enrolment process and we've been able to use it for additional purposes we hadn't originally foreseen (e.g., rental contracts, employee tax forms) . We're very happy with this program and customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike, but there are a few features I would like to see added to the program (e.g., a table that calculates) to streamline other processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, streamlining our enrolment process by allowing us to send customized forms to parents with required fields and signature lines, as well as automated reminders. We have also been able to utilize PandaDoc for required permissions/authorizations related to student travel, and for contracts for our rental spaces.
Easy-To-Use Document Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is very easy to upload a document into PandaDoc, add the fields that need to be completed, and then send the document to the different parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I particularly dislike but depending on how often you use PandaDoc and what you use it for, the monthly pricing may be a little high. The good thing is that they do have a free account for people who use it sparingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has given me an easy, streamlined way to get client signatures on documents. Specifically, I often need clients to sign proposals before beginning work. Sometimes it can be difficult because the client is busy or wants to get started and just doen't think the contract is that important. PandaDoc makes it quick and easy.
PandaDocs is superior to DocuSign
What do you like best about the product?
The fact I can send docs as links vs just emails that come from PandaDocs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't encountered anything I don't like as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of keeping track of contracts I have out and need to be signed and then storage of those contracts.
User friendly but with collaborator limitation.
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and makes signing documents easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, due to collaborators limitation other folks that needs to see the documents are not able to when they are over the limit of collaborators. I've requested to add more collaborators it was rejected without clear explanation why they could add more people to my collaborators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-Signature is very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike, but we are yet to ingrate PandaDoc with CPQ and monitor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HR Team uses PandaDoc to sign the HR-related documents signed by the employees, Sales team uses it to Quote signed by clients and Operations team use PandaDoc to sign their quota and ROE.
Convenient & Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient, and the online signature functionality makes it very efficient for the modern age. We can get clients and employees to sign documents without having to send physical mails. Very efficient indeed!
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not offer the type of security that it should, for example, 2FA on logins is a major feature that's missing in the tool but I hope that they will add it in soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps us to get documents signed without having to send physical papers or visit the client or the employee. This helps us stay remote and save big on our operational costs!
Seamless e-sign approval workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive use of the software to upload documents and set signing order. This ensures the hierarchy of my line mangers from bottom to top are maintained for memo approvals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the flow when you need to reupload a document when a new signer has to be added, even before the document signoff has been completed . Implication is that everyone on the queue has to resign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of review and signoff on memo for multiple signers.
I can easily collaborate with my line managers to seek approval on memos and software documents to enable my continue with my projects.
