It is a great vehicle between the company's services and the contracting client.
It’s easy, user friendly, amazing and work in progress to something great.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact it's easy, setup and user friendly. This will be my preferred platform I can't wait for more features to come! I will continually provide feature request.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is 15 a session, and then when you buy in bulk it's not much of a discount. There is no notary queue or notary profile to share with direct clients to book or schedule. I am making a list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that I have a direct link to the session, the easy navigation for myself and client. How I able to add or remove signers. Time has able to cut down during a session.
Time Saving Templating!
What do you like best about the product?
Can create templates with variables that can be filled and forms can be customized for each client. This makes proposal writing much more efficient, saving me so much time for other tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to create footnotes in proposals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadocs is making proposal writing faster, and eliminating potential error. We create proposals for prospects in different countries, with different currencies, some have different taxes, variable primary vertical markets, and creating templates makes this a breeze for me!

I'm thoroughly impressed with the simplicity and user-friendliness of the platform. Adding essentials such as signatures and initials is a breeze. It provides more comprehensive sales-focused features and CRM integrations than its competitors,

One aspect of PandaDoc that I found less than ideal was the pricing structure. For smaller businesses or individuals with more straightforward needs, the cost of PandaDoc might be prohibitive. Competitors such as HelloSign offer simpler, more affordable solutions, which makes it challenging to justify the investment in PandaDoc unless you fully utilize its advanced features.

User Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Panda Doc is it is very end user friendly. I hardly ever have customers not be able to pull up the document and electronically sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the document sends in hieroglyphics which is very strange. I then have to download it and send in a different format. This has happened 3 times in over a year so not a huge inconvenience just strange.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am happy they have added the tab feature. It has also benefitted our customers the most. Our old software was not easily accessible via cell phones.

What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful that customers can electronically sign.

Sometimes you can't copy /paste. It's glitchy sometimes. But not always.

certain things arent easy to find on the drop down menus and doing speciifc task

its allowing the company to save on paper and streamlining processes for students
Slick and user friendly e-docs for realtime deal making

Slick time and place utility...makes it really fast and easy for clients to sign up and for teams to track revenue and billing.

It could be me (most probably?!), I'd like there to be an autofill for names and addresses of the signer and signee once you are into the template

This platform has served me to sign documents electronically and easily without having the physical document, apart from that I can have control and monitoring of all processed documents and an ease of creating them by the already prepared templates

It is an experienced platform and have not failed in operation or attention services

It facilitates my work in question of document organization and benefits to sign documents very safely
Panda Doc is a great resource for the small biz owner

The signature selections are nice. It gets the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't the best user experience. Too many windows and the "finish document" button isn't where I would expect it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An electronic signature is the only way to go. Printing and signing in ink makes zero sense in this day and age. There is no point in having an electronic document if it cannot be signed electronically.
