Better than docusign

What do you like best about the product?
I find the centralized document storage to be very helpful. As an administrator I can see every document that is used is signed by anyone on my team. Documents used to get lost in various peoples personal folders when we used docusign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think as with most of these kinds of subscription based softwares, I find it annoying that some things I would call "basic" are a part of the upgraded package vs standard. There are more things I would like to do with the tool but haven't been able to because some of the templated features are more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the only document signing tool that we use. It also is a great back up repository for all the contracts we have in place. It is also a good place to get organized and put it into a review cycle.

Simple to use & improves the client experience

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create new documents. Simple to incorporate pre-existing documents we use on a regular basis with our clients. Clients like that it is easy to use and they can sign documents in advance rather than taking extra time during a meeting.
Customer support has been responsive in assisting me with documentation and how to optimize PandaDoc functions to best serve our customers. I greatly appreciate this!
What do you dislike about the product?
When downloading a signed document to a PDF, some of the documents have issues where the formatting changes after the customer has interacted with the document. I've worked directly with customer support to resolve this, and the forms look much better now. However, some of the formatting issues have persisted. For example, only a few lines on a chart disappear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of time was previously dedicated to completing documents manually and spending time with clients during meetings while they complete and sign forms.
Now we can send the document to the customer in advance via email and they are able to complete it when it's convenient for them. Both parties then have a digital copy of the signed agreement.

What do you like best about the product?
Created templates make creating standard business agreements easy and quick - and gaining customer e-signatures a painless process as well
PandaDoc makes retrieving older signed (and expired) documents a breeze
Reviewing documents in process helps keep you and your team focused on the job at hand
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up templates takes some knowledge
Access to PandaDoc is not as clean as one may like, creating workflow problems mainly when staff turnover occurs. This function could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy presentation of Master Service Agreement for review and e-signature
Helps drive acceptance of deals
Increased productivity of staff
Easy review of progress of staff and self

What do you like best about the product?
Feature-rich, easy to use, integrates well with existing applications, workflow controls, and notification system streamlines and improves process management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all features are available to a single user. I believe if all features were available the additional value would encourage more users (me included) to "sell" the value to other users at my organization. The response time can be very slow between screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow management and tracking. Notifications to external and internal parties eliminates wasteful email and phone communications about status.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the dashboard, it is easy to see where everything is in the process.

It was a little hard to find documents that had been deleted or were older

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has been an asset to my law firm, helping to increase the speed of signing up clients and having documents approved and signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup took a bit to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timeframe for having documents reviewed and signed. No longer have to meet in person for each document.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to upload documents and easily modify them to be completed and signed. The interface is very user friendly. Panda Doc is easier to use than the competitor we used to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc lets us save onboarding forms as templates to be used over and over. The only thing I dislike is the number of "clicks" it takes to use a saved template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any issues that I have needed PandaDoc to solve.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Has a lot of features (even for the free version). Makes getting client signatures quick and easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't edit my document and have to reload if I notice something needs to be added or deleted before sending to client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the need to meet face-to-face with clients to enter into retainer agreements/ execute documents.

Best Document Building and E-Signature Tools on the Market

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create template documents and modify them on the fly per individual recipient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a robust software but still quite a few bugs that need to be worked out so it is more stable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create template documents for various purposes and send them out to recipients. It also helps with tracking of those documents and trace back to CRM.

PandaDoc integrates well with HubSpot Sales Hub, which makes it very easy for us to use.

What do you like best about the product?
We can pull over data from a HubSpot deal record fairly easily to help populate contracts. It's also helpful to be able to see if contracts are complete in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a little easier to pull in HubSpot data, but I don't have any complaints at this point. It's fairly easy to share contracts, to have people offer revisions if they choose, and to execute docs. I'm a fan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick contract creation and execution, consistent language in all contracts, tracking signer interactions, and allowing for collaborative review. This makes the contract process much more efficient for us.
