What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, safe and secure, and gives clear line of sight into next steps and who is responsible. The new improvements to layout, font, and matching is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there was a mechanism for more targeted reminders to the signatory so documents could be processed more effectively. Copying and pasting is a bit difficult to match up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
business contracts between my business and potential clients - Client service agreements, statements of work, and legal review for upcoming consulting services.
It’s a little hard to use if the person is already a client.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload docs and send.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little tough to find existing contracts and I wish there was a way to edit an existing renewal without having to start all over with clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves scanning, emailing, etc. I really like that it's all-inclusive and simple for our clients to sign and send back.

Saves a lot of time and missed signatures.
Effortless Document Signing Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload an existing document and fill in the gaps with the signature and date box. It just makes it quick and easy since I can't find another way of doing it in another app or with normal documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit of a long process. It would be nice if it was easier to find existing documents that I've already uploaded. And sometimes it takes me some time to navigate to the right page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps me get students to quickly read and sign terms and conditions. It's easy to upload documents and add signature boxes, which makes the process quick and easy.
Easy and intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is a dashboard, where you can find all your completed and ongoing documents together with templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the manual side of the process when preparing a document. Playing with fonts, layouts, it could be a bit more automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly contract management issues, getting in touch with customers is more easier with Pandadoc.
I like the way that PandaDoc shows all the documents and has options to tag them to determine status
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tag system. I rent to many large student housing groups, so it helps to categorize them based on who needs to sign. I like how it integrates with Monday.com; we have a great system using both.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not fond of the folders filling space at the top of the in-process leases. It just confuses what must be completed, but the search bar certainly helps resolve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need for property management software and allows us to work with a productivity tool like Monday.com. PandaDoc helps ease the transition and shortens the time to send leases.
IT'S PRETTY GOOD.
What do you like best about the product?
It is free and reliable. The recipient never has any questions about completing the document
What do you dislike about the product?
It only accepts one file to send at a time. The name PandaDoc is not very professional when competitors have names like DocuSign that tell the person what to do and what they are getting. A name like EZ Sign, SecureSign, SignOnline, SignHere would make much more sense.

Not being able to edit word documents without premium membership.

Reducing Paper waste and helping to maintain digital database. Using Pandadocs greatly increased efficiency in managing contracts.

Having to pay an additional fee to send to multiple recipients

Having consisntency with contracts and documents as well as having easy access to them once completed

Tracking customers activity with a very transparent dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment nothing. Although they could improve the speed of opening a quote for customers. This sometimes takes up to 10 seconds.

Managing all customer contracts. Easiness of signing and approving contracts.
