The advantages of using PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I have been really impressed with PandaDoc over the past year because it works really well and the interface is really easy to use. I can set up my documents quickly and I haven't had any problems or service interruptions. The drag-and-drop feature is really convenient for adding personal information, and the tracking system is really helpful because you can see online where your document is in the process. On top of that, their customer support team is really great and they offer live chat and phone support so that you can get help quickly if you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how complicated it can be to manage people's signatures on documents. It's frustrating when you can't immediately see verification stamps for information that has been changed after a signatory has been deleted. It's also frustrating to have to re-sign everyone when only one person needs to be updated, and the internal pages can be more complex to navigate than I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using PandaDoc has saved me a lot of time and made the negotiation process much faster. I can focus on other important tasks and not worry about delays because everything is streamlined and easy to use.
Quick document builder, with expiring documents.
What do you like best about the product?
Building documents form pre-created content library. Easy editing of content. Approval process of documents. Good admin console.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was getting notification about unrisolved comments, on a document which was deleted (from Trash) for 4-5 months after it was deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qutations and Sales proposals. Sharing over URL enables changing of the sent document and setting an expiration to the document helps to focus the client better.

Achieve efficiency with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy PandaDoc is to use. The interface is incredibly intuitive, even for those who aren't tech-savvy, and the powerful features allow us to create professional looking documents with ease. The free version already has a lot of useful features that are more than enough for our motorhome inspection business, such as setting up fields that consumers can fill in, as well as any other information we might need from them, such as payment dates or signature boxes. Also, their customer service team was extremely responsive when I had a problem connecting Square payments; within minutes my problem was solved!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that PandaDoc doesn't ask for confirmation when you change a template. Editing an existing template without knowing you're creating something completely new can be both inconvenient and tricky, so it would be great if we were asked to confirm before making any changes. However, this is a minor issue compared to the other benefits of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm benefiting from PandDoc because my sales team has been able to reduce the time it takes to close contracts and our customers have a smoother experience when it comes to closing deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Sometimes you use a product where all of the features and functionality just work all the time. This is rare but feels incredible. PandaDoc accomplishes this, and they do it at a price that's far more affordable than DocuSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have almost no hesitations associated with PandaDoc and cannot think of any feature that I dislike. The only error I've ever run into is that sometimes converting a template to a doc will misindent the signature boxes, but this is minor and can be fixed with one or two manual indents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a pain to manually customize all of our contracts and send them to every separate customer. Furthermore, the signature process for them would be a pain without a software to sign.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has been a breath of fresh air and is fast becoming a powerful tool in our pitch arsenal. Not only is it easy to use, but the Product Catalog, pricing tables and readership statistics make it a breeze to lay out what we need and then see how it is resonating.
The integration with PipeDrive (or other CRM tools) is also invaluable.

What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc can get expensive a little too quickly when you add on plugins. It would also be nice to be able to see / test the final document. We use the pricing tables and often make things optional. But we cannot test it as we are not the recipients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business efficiency, team management and showcasing the forward thinking approach our brand takes is the core use of PandaDoc for us. It has really been a breath of fresh air for us.
Complete high volume contract management solution.
What do you like best about the product?
We have a high volume of customized contracts that need signatures, and Panda Docs makes it easy to copy a contract and customize it with variable fields. I get a solid view of all my contracts and their stage from being viewed to signing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any significant issues with Panda Docs. Nothing that slows me down or frustrates me yet! If it came with a hot cup of coffee in the morning, it would be complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to move a lot of contracts and then organize them for follow-up; I love the dashboard feature that gives me a view across all my documents, from which have been viewed to those that are signed; it's like a scoreboard for my landed revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
I can manage contracts more efficiently and successfully thanks to this software's intuitive interface and reliable results; it has been crucial and efficient in establishing a reliable shared resource system. I like interacting with this interface. PandaDoc is compatible with a wide range of enterprise software, allowing organizations to get the most out of their current setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how complicated and time-consuming it is to configure the application; better-integrated instructions with more accurate information highlighting would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did an essential feasibility study of several potentially profitable companies, researched and adopted PandaDoc, got it up and running, and wrote a contract with the specificity appropriate for this type of company. It has helped the company save a lot of time and effort in its operations and has made it much easier to perform tasks. It has given us excellent results and made it much easier to imagine and implement fruitful ways to expand our contract-based business operations. The company relies heavily on it, so it has to be done.
Flexible and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in drafting a document is of a great benefit. We use PandaDoc primarly for contracting and having the capability of changing efficiently the layout and content of the document is massive important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adapting the fields dimension, positioning and layout are sometimes a bit strange resulting in not being able to acomplish the intended result which in turn forces manual adaptation every single time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool that solves our challenge of contracting. It requires a bit it structure but at the same time a degree of flexibility to be able to adapt the document to the ever changing market conditions.
Great Quoting and Form Software
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of PandaDoc is the ability to create template forms that are easy to use and easy to design. The documents are intuitive to set up, and make quoting way faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some reporting features that are missing, such as the ability to view the time spent viewing each page of the document. This can be looked at on individual documents, but not in mass reports to easily compare one document to another. This makes any analysis of which customers are more likely to close difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a perfect fit for our business for speeding up our time to quote to customers. It greatly improves our ability to create professional looking quotes that feel customized to a customers needs.
