I really liked the interface. Everything is well organized. I'm saying this as someone with a UX background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there are no downsides. Not once in all the years I've been using it has anything gone wrong with the documents. I just thought about it now and even surprised myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings. I can't even imagine how many hours I'd spend formatting a new contract each time I'm not a lawyer with a bunch of forms.

Smooth, easy to use functions. The section library is easy to maintain and our proposals look beautiful.

So far we've had a little challenge in the pricing table/quote builder section.

A simple to use proposal writing platform that also does contract management and e signatures. We love that it is speeding up our proposal creation and editing time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the platform is to use, the blocks to insert, similar to building a blog page or website and I appreciate the ease of use. I also enjoy the fact that I can see when a client opens a document or interacts with it. This is essential to my work. Pandadoc was easy to set up and implement into my day-to-day working. I am always receiving emails from their team willing to teach me or assist me, great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one flaw I have found with Panda doc, some limitations with editing but you can adjust and work around easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc is solving the problem of having to manually remind clients about signatures. It also helps you see when they view a signature so you know if they saw it or not, which is very helpful as I don't need to hound people all day. I can just set the auto-reminders, and it's great. We can also store all of our templates and signed copies in one spot and easily accessible which is great.

As a business owner, I don't have time to struggle through software in order to get the best use from it. I was able to jump right into PandaDoc and send off a document for signature in minutes - no learning curve.

I can't think of any downside of using PandaDoc, quite honestly.

I need client contracts signed and it is so much more professional to use esigning rather than dowloaded, wet-signing, and scanning, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing, and it's a small thing, is that I wish there were a way to input a list for a bulk send, and it populates the template or combines the spreadsheets. This would save me from having to fill out each cell one by one. However, the current setup is great; I have no complaints, but if I have to say one dislike, that's it.

What do you like best about the product?
In PandaDoc it's very easy to import existing PDF files. I regularly need to manage student paperwork and in these situations the electronic signature function has been fantastic, it's intuitive and fast, and offers a traceable process for documents pending signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I've experienced no problems every time I've used PandaDoc, it really fulfills everything I need for my tasks at the university.

The ease of tracking, real-time notifications and speed in document management are reasons that made me integrate it into my digital toolset. Moreover, PandaDoc contributes in reducing the use of paper and optimizes my digital workflow.

It is solving finding a easy to use software to create proposals and get legal signatures from clients. It makes my life 30x easier I use it multiple times a day.
