What do you like best about the product?
The content library and templates make this tool next level. Real-time co-editing is also a game changer. The visual effect of a PandaDoc is top notch and the trackability is a huge value-add! PandaDoc has streamlined our proposal development process through easy collaboration with engineers and sales and our customers give positive feedback about the user exprience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting, Formatting, Formatting! The lack of ability to center text vertically (up and down) is a major miscue. No text wrap is another. There are things about MS Word that stink, but the formatting capabilities in PandaDoc are not there yet. They're getting better with each update, but they are not where I need them to be. I spend a HUGE amount of time adding "padding" to get things "just right". Also, the speed is not quite there. Loading speed, I'd give that a 7/10. For example, when you try to insert content from the content library, it doesn't fully load and is slow. We make it work, but it's a blemish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to create WORLD CLASS proposals QUICKLY by anyone in the organization. PandaDoc allows us to deliver seemingly complex proposals to customers quicker than the competition!

An easy and agile way to close contracts and is friendly to the environment.

I enjoy the ease of use of the free Pandadoc tier. For my basic needs, it does the job very well.

Nothing. I have only appreciation for the generous free tier that is provided.

Send PDF documents for signature with little overhead and maximum functionality for markup and signature.

Ease of use and ability to use and modify templates for an entire staff of AEs

It is sometimes challenging to limit what changes can be made to a contract before it is sent out

Allowing electronic contract signatures makes SaaS sales easier
Excellent software, it is easy to implement and use.
What do you like best about the product?
They have a good community of users recommending updates and are very straightforward to use. The process for documents is also good. Contact saving makes it very simple to send several papers to the same individuals in the future. It works quickly and is simple for me and my clients to utilize when signing paperwork. This saves a significant amount of time and energy. I haven't finished integrating everything yet, but it's already tremendously useful, and I've just scratched the surface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd still want to see some fundamental features added. Limiting the usage of email forms in particular, as this has a direct impact on our bill. My major issue would be solved if forms could only be used once per email address. I've utilized certain integrations that weren't as seamless as I'd want, but I believe it was due to me, not PandaDoc. It's ideal for use as a signature tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining finished and "done" transactions. This rapidly transmits my agreements, signs them, and ensures that everything is secure. Normally, we would have to send faxes and scans back and forth, but this is much faster. The simplicity of completing and signing paperwork at a low cost. It is quite simple for end users to sign papers. Previous services were more difficult for customers to utilize. We used to send PDF copies of documents to fill out, which were extremely difficult to recover.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of PandaDoc is the speed with which documents can be sent to clients. Working with this tool is a breeze due to the pre-designed format and intelligent placement of the fields. One of my favorite features of PandaDoc is the ability to hear directly from customers. I can attest that this platform's user-friendliness in gathering client signatures significantly contributes to our consistently positive feedback regarding our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need a quick method to transfer control of a signed field to another user. Suppose I mistakenly assigned a field intended for one person to another. I wish there were a way to assign a value to each placed field at once rather than individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user-friendliness and effectiveness of Pandadoc have enabled us to streamline the signing process for our customers. Customers who are unsure where to sign rarely present a problem for us. The user interface of Pandadoc is also more straightforward than that of competing digital signature services. It must be one of the most convenient signing processes for customers; it shows them that signing is just a few clicks away, which makes our jobs much more straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive, customisable, and replete with excellent catalogue features. Our departments utilise this regularly, from sales to accounting and anything in between. The reports published are fantastic and beneficial for following up on ideas.

Spam filters occasionally intercept the reminders. Converting a Word document to a PDF may be necessary for proper formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For uniformity, we created templates that all Consultants could utilize. This software allows us to keep track of each proposal.
Easy E-signatures
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly. I can easily generate the various fields (text box, signature, date) I need for my forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the date box default was the MM/DD/YY.

It was really slow one morning, but was working faster later that day.
