Very user friendly electronic signature site
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to operate and navigate even after never having used the platform. Comparable to Docusign in all the ways that matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to go back and make changes to a document that has been sent and resending the same document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an electronic signature platform that allows multiple users and is cost-effective for our small business.

Integration with SalesForce CRM. Very easy interface and template guide.

Cost is quite high in comparison to competitors

Tons of functionality and easy. Very powerful tool to get electronic signatures from clients.

Very easy to set up templates for documents that require signatures or forms for clients to provide information

The Pricing Table tool to add payments into forms is clunky.

Helps me automate my contracts requiring e-signatures and sending forms to clients
Pandadoc is a great tool for Account Managers!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that PandaDoc is very user-friendly as well as customizable! The functionality makes this a great tool for quoting, tracking and even follow-up with past and existing clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good! At this time I don't have anything that I dislike about PandaDoc. Not to say its perfect, but I haven't experienced any issues with the software and it's been great to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using a very dated process for quoting projects. We were missing key components and data needed to track and budget for sales and marketing. When we introduced PandaDoc into our business processes things instantly got better. It's been one of the greatest additions to our job flow process.
Easy, Lightweight CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to maneuver and was a breeze to learn. Other CRMs have so much built-in and the experience changes from company to company. PD has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality was broken for me in Chrome and I had to create another login for it to work properly.

Its a CRM so it's helping me manage my customers and orders.
Web-based document collaboration and e-sign software
What do you like best about the product?
I admire their sleek user-interface design, making it easy to navigate and explore, even for first-time users. They also offer a 14-day free trial to evaluate its premium features before making a purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is fantastic for document collaboration and electronic signatures, it does not offer the same level of advanced document editing or customization flexibility as Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

PandaDoc has been a beneficial tool for our team to work on business documents online from anywhere through its user-friendly interfaces and thousands of preset document templates to facilitate a more streamlined and efficient electronic signature gathering and collaboration process.

This product is exceptional, it allows to reduce paper in the organizations, The user interface is very easy to use.

The price could be elevated in countries where the currency is different than the USD

It resolves the paper consumption, and facilities the workflows inside the organizations
Convenient to share document with clients
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has made my work more accessible by allowing me to upload documents quickly and easily, as well as allowing me to focus on my work rather than worrying about the process. The interface is very user-friendly, which makes it great for landlords. I no longer hesitate when scheduling meetings because I know that all necessary documentation can be uploaded through PandaDoc. My sales team is also much more relaxed and effective now that they can turn their sincere conversations into a profitable revenue stream.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to use the mouse to rearrange the pages of a proposal. However, this disadvantage is relatively minor in the grand scheme of things.

The issue of multiple people simultaneously working has been resolved. Using PandaDoc, all team members can collaborate on a single document and simultaneously sign it. This method allows you to keep your distance from friends while completing school projects.
It increased our close rate significantly.

I like that you can build templates and immediately send proposals off to prospects for signature. The ease of online signature increases conversion rate and embedding credit card forms streamlines operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The content library could be managed better, and there are some bugs/challenges with the pricing table. Overall, it takes quite a while to get to use PandaDoc well.

Building proposals quickly and efficiently rather than spending hours in InDesign! Being able to present them and immediately send them off without any downtime.

PandaDoc is the perfect solution for busy professionals who need to prepare documents and invoices requiring signatures. You can create digital documents with ease, eliminating the need to print them out. You can access PandaDoc from any location with an internet connection. This makes it ideal for those who work remotely or in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it can be a bit more expensive to add more users to your account, it is worth it if only one person needs access to the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find PandaDoc to be an extremely useful communication tool - not only for putting together proposals but also for documenting my interactions with clients. I find that it saves me a ton of time and hassle, and ensures that everything is clear and organized.
