Streamlining Proposals with PandaDoc: A User's Perspective
What do you like best about the product?
User Experience-
The drag-and-drop functionality is particularly useful; I can customize my documents with modular pieces.
One of the standout features is the real-time tracking. I appreciate being notified when internal and external stakeholders view the documents and how long they spend on each page.As a product manager trying to get a buyin from various stakeholders it's incredibly useful.
Pricing
The pricing is competitive, especially considering the value it brings in saving time and enhancing professionalism in document management.

Streamlining buyin from various stakeholders, visibility is enhanced and makes my external stakeholders have a cake walk while having to sign something for us.

I can't think of any cons at the momement

Allows us to get contracts signed electronically without delays such as sending via USPS or FedEx
Very efficient and cost effective
What do you like best about the product?
I love templates! All of our customers need to fill out certain forms, depending on what courses, or destinations they are participating in. I love that I can prefill our company name and their name so that things get filled out correctly the first time.

I really can't think of any downsides. I wish the bubble choices had a few more options, but I make it work.

Our company requires tons of paperwork. This is an efficient way to keep track and store everything.

Ease of use, I can send & track emails from it or from Outlook.

It makes me authenticate often from my work computer.

PandaDoc keeps getting better
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using PandaDoc for over 2 years. It is very user friendly and I love that I am able to use the template feature when sending out documents. I like that when I input a document I can still make it editable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer support is lacking, but I has gotten better over the years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have helped me with any issues I have had. I only wish that you could have a live chat with someon.

What do you like best about the product?
How simple and easy it is to use and get going, plus the staff is very helpful

Interface can be slow at times, doesn't always respond right away

It's made everything digital for us not having to sign any paper documents and allowing us to streamline our hiring process
PandaDoc Is User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that PandaDoc is user-friendly. And that it is affordable for my nonprofit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides to PandaDoc.

Since everything in our nonprofit is remote it helps with signatures and having the audit trail makes it even better.

It would be nice to have more free features. Other than that I love PandaDoc.
