Excellent software to manage documents and signatures online is reliable and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc has proved critical in concluding transactions on time and in an easy-to-use format for potential clients. I'm confident the functionality and reminders contributed to an increase in possible sales. The technology is simple to use, and our employees love how convenient it is. We send around 20 documents every day and, due to Pandadoc, we can keep everything under one roof.
What do you dislike about the product?
This technology is easy to use and employees appreciate how useful it is. Thanks to Pandadoc, you can transfer over 20 documents every day and keep them all in one place. So there's nothing we hate about panda docks. We recommend this product to other organizations and vendors in the industry that require a contract to be signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Pandadoc to hire personnel, conclude transactions with clients, and provide relevant documents on time. We've figured out how to get our service agreements signed on time and in private. This product is simple to use and safe for our consumers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Pandadoc to any company looking to sign agreements online because it is very user friendly, reliable and efficient.
Simplify contracts and keep everything secure, it's the only eSignature service you'll ever need.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all the contracts are put together in one place with a convenient folder structure and you don't have to worry about formatting for someone else's computer. It is very convenient to enter the text directly on the form, sign it and date it. Easily upload, email, edit and modify downloads. Every time someone views a document, and every time someone signs it, I get a notification. Every time I use PandaDoc, I learn new things and love them even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I hit the incorrect button and have to restart the electronic signature document preparation, but that's my fault and I simply need to learn the UI better. It's convenient to be able to transmit papers from email addresses other than the one on file for the account, as I use many to connect with various groups of individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to create paperwork and complete deals with clients; getting individuals to fill out contracts, sign them, and speed up the process is incredibly simple using PandaDoc. Previously, I observed that sending forms through email created formatting issues, and individuals without the necessary software had difficulty signing and completing the forms; all of this was remedied with the adoption of PandaDoc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PandaDoc is the ideal solution for anyone seeking for papers that require signatures online. It's simple to use and set up, and you'll be finished with your contracts and agreements in no time. This has made my life a lot simpler and saved me a lot of time and money. Put it in your wallet and begin transmitting papers right away.
Make contracting the easiest part of sales
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic document analytics and alerts about document updates enable the whole team to see the conversation with a lead and easily collaborate on closing a deal and executing the contract.
Enables our team to share best practices through testing and measuring the performance of template agreements, then refining and sharing agreement templates that work well across the whole team.
It is SO easy to build a template that can be used again and again. And the "token" feature makes creating a new sales or fundraising agreement take two minutes, rather than the hour or so it took us before.
PandaDoc is also particularly good for service companies - it has an amazing feature where you can store a template copy of your services, and easily pull them into a new agreement using the "Product Catalog" feature. It makes customizing the service agreement super simple and fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like finding documents in PandaDoc. It may be more a problem of user error, but we have gotten a ton of nested folders in our PandaDoc, which makes it hard to find documents. Also, the search bar doesn't work as well as I'd hope it would.
Formatting is still fairly clunky. Making/removing bulleted lists, changing font size/type, and adding fields take some getting used to. I also wish you could link "Fields" to text so they would move with the text, but you have to reposition the fields every time you change the text.
I really like the experience of using templates, but building new documents is clunky still. Some of the features around formatting and building new documents are pretty buried in the panels on the top and right. For example, adding any kind of image to a document is a pain.
I haven't played around with it enough, but I wish there were more integrations with an invoicing system. I know they just added "Payments", but we use Quickbooks for invoicing, and I haven't figured out how to set this up yet.

Our team is divided into a Sales team (finding clients and partners) and a Strategy team (professional services with clients and partners). PandaDoc is used by every person in our organization. We get huge efficiency gains from the template and asynchronous signature features. Every document we execute (Engagement Agreements, Offer Letters, Work Orders, and Investment Term Sheets) is templatized in PandaDoc to make it super fast and easy to create and draft new documents, and to manage the process of all relevant parties signing the agreements. This keeps all of the documents and agreements we are working to execute in one place, and we can quickly see the status of each document. It also gives us a way to save time on actually signing agreements with the e-sign features. PandaDoc saves us hours every day on drafting, sharing, and managing agreements. I absolutely love it - it has allowed us to spend more time focusing on the conversation with a lead/investor/potential hire, rather than spend time managing the documents.
Here is what is most awesome about PandaDoc:
- The "tokens" - all you have to do is define the fields you'll change from contract to contract, and you can fill them in under 30 seconds.
- The "catalog" - define your products in ONE place, and simply add them with a single click. This feature alone saves us about 5-6 hours a week.

The best document workflow tool
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is incredibly intuitive and easy-to-use. I sampled a bunch of document signing tools before settling on PandaDoc, and found it was by far the most pleasant to use. Document construction is incredibly simple and the documents look very clean. The templates and tokens have saved me a tonne of time. The signing process is easy to follow, and the activity feed is a nice touch for knowing if a doc has been viewed at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to be able to create fields inline. For old-school PDF scans, being able to position a field anywhere on the page makes sense (to line up with the original document) but since I'm creating all of my documents in PandaDoc I'd rather just place them inline, e.g. in the cell of a table, or on the next line of text. I find it hard to position them and it seems to lower the quality bar of my document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using PandaDoc to:
- Construct templated sales documents and employee forms
- Share documents for signing
- Share documents to individuals, and understand how they interacted with it (e.g. how long did they spend viewing it, where did they spend most of their time).
The main benefits I've realised are time-saving. It's easy to get a document setup and shared quickly, and with templates, I found it easy to quickly get a headstart.

Excellent software for creating contracts!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to create templates and obtain signatures. I also like how it sends reminders to folks from whom I've requested papers. PandaDocs has proven to be an excellent tool and resource as we transition from 100% in-person work to partially remote work arrangements. We investigated different options and discovered that PandaDocs is the most user-friendly. It has increased the efficiency of our paper signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDocs might use some work; for example, I'd want to be notified when a document is about to expire. I, too, require a notification when a document is going to expire, just like the client does. I'd also like to know how to simply modify a customer's email address in the database without deleting all contact information; this is something I haven't figured out yet. I dislike the fact that some of the produced emails occasionally find up in the spam folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I prefer being able to send consumers a sign-up link, especially if they are having difficulty login into their email. I also like the ability to duplicate the form so that I don't have to fill it out all over again for the next month's form. We used to have problems with paper forms being distributed to five or six persons for input and approval. This procedure might take many days to finish. Signing our paperwork now takes roughly five minutes. We've also understood the value of improved communication, particularly using the cc: feature. We can ensure that everyone who needs to know about the activity is kept up to date.
Great alternative to docusign
What do you like best about the product?
Still new to the tool but figuring out how to navigate, seems OK so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool could be a little less crowded on the initial page - there is so much clutter that I wish it was less hectic and easy on the eyes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's pretty easy to load docs, fields, etc but when you're ready to send it seems a little confusing because I don't think it's as straightforward as "person 1 signs" person 2 views.
