very easy to utilize and complete documents
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the simplicity of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the links in the email made it simpler to log on and complete the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just signed my employee onboarding sheets through Pandadoc. I have a job due to being able to sign those papers!
PandaDoc has been a seamless experience for me with a very user friendly workflow.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of PandaDoc is being able to see when people access the documents that you send. We use PandaDoc with SalesForce andf send our contracts through SF directly through the integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have had trouble with while using PandaDoc is end-user confusion. Sometimes they do not understand that accepting to view the document does not mean they are signing the contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using PandaDoc, I am streamlining the contract sending experience. I am no longer wondering if people have viewed what I send them. The benefits are a much faster close.

PandaDoc will streamline your push to close. It is an easy end-user experience and gives you visibility into when your documents are accessed, which allows you to gauge prospect interest.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to draft up a contract in minutes and get tracking insights
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issues. The web browser has crashed maybe twice in the last year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send contracts to anyone in the country in minutes, make revisions, and track who has viewed the documents.
Convenient, fast, time-saving
What do you like best about the product?
I like that when creating a new template PandaDoc automatically recognizes and places the fields. I love the smart integration with CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce CRM).
What do you dislike about the product?
When I create a new template, I would like for PandaDoc to suggest immediately assigning an owner for the fields, but not for all the fields, but select. For example, I would like to scroll down the document and select with my mouse/touch base multiple fields at a time (not to click on every singe one of them) and assign that bunch to a specific owner. The same approach (mouse/touch pad selection of of a larger zone of the document) should also work when I want to delete the fields. Today, even if I select a large zone, I still have to click on each individual field that I want to delete. On the summery page (i.e. where I can find the list of all template I created), when I click on the three vertical dots on the right -where is there no option to delete the template? Why do I have to actually open it to delete it? It's too many steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I am solving is managing a complex paperwork process for my small investment business and reducing the time it takes to fill out all the paperwork.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can get more out of PandaDoc when it's integrated with another CRM system as it makes the document generation process even easier and faster.
PandaDoc does everything Docusign does for a fraction of the price!
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc doesn't astronomically increase the price with a higher volume on document sends.
What do you dislike about the product?
When first starting, it is somewhat easy to overwrite a temple with someone's specific information.

We have more official signed documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the search bar. It has amazing speed and easily finds my documents even when I'm just using one word to locate docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not intuitive about how to format the documents if I need to make changes or remove sections of our template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Panda, it makes it much easier to create a consistent, uniform template for an agreement that our entire team is using. It also allows us to work more efficiently when creating bids & agreements for our customers.

PandaDoc makes it very simple to create personalized proposals and track analytics on readership.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more analytics across proposals to better understand what pages all prospects are reading.

With PandaDoc, we can create customized proposals and contracts easily, mixing and matching information for each customer.

PandaDoc integrates with our CRM, Hubspot, making it easy to transition from a Deal in Hubspot to creating a proposal and contract.

Nothing. PandaDoc meets my needs. My organization uses it for sales proposals, sales contracts, contractor and employee hiring, and NDAs. It meets our needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PandaDoc for sales proposals, sales contracts, contractor and employee hiring, and NDAs. It allows us to track when documents are viewed, how often they are viewed, and when they are signed. Having mandatory fields reduces errors when contract signings occur. Before using PandaDoc, we were old school and contracts were sent as a PDF for people to print, initial, sign, scan, and return. This often led to missing fields being missed, slowing down the contracting process, and frustrating everyone involved.
