Best value for the cost

What do you like best about the product?
Above all, the cost. Compared to its more known 'household' names, I found PandaDoc allows you to upload or create any document for e-signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still room for improvement, but this platform is taking leaps to improve. Integration with our CRM is still a bit confusing through zapier, and none of the platforms can specify an error whenever the integration does not work as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no question that we have been able to close more deals due to the speed at which we can send contracts. Previously, the customer would have to either visit the business or we would have to send a copy for the customer to print, then scan and send to us. We will continue to use it as long as the platform continues to improve and provide the same value compared to its pricier competitors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As with any other platform, you always want to search for the best options based on your needs. However, if your organization is on track for growth and needs to maximize every operational dollar, PandaDoc may save the day until your organization can splurge on software.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a fantastic product that is always being improved by the PandaDoc development team, which is a team that is open to suggestions on how to improve user experience and functionality. Their customer service has always been excellent, and they've always been eager to make changes to the product to improve its functionality. The modular system they employ is simple to use and manage, and it interacts with Salesforce to assist our staff prepare proposals for available opportunities more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting of presentations is the worst disadvantage I can come up with. Although the cover page is simple to customize, the content pages frequently prove to be difficult to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a salesperson, I use it mainly for agreements and B2B contracts. It also makes it simple to transfer the important data to the documents. Moreover, the templates are fantastic and easy to adapt to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make use of the assistance available to you. They answer any questions you have and provide training to both your team and you so that you can make use of all of the product's features.

What do you like best about the product?
Great value and easy to use. Intuitive interface and doc management
What do you dislike about the product?
I will prefer to be able to edit docs on the platform although it might be part of the premium version

signing docs and retaining a copy, faster interaction and editing

Excellent collaboration tool for contracts

What do you like best about the product?
I like that my entire team can work on contracts together. The approval workflow is very helpful to enforce standardization and pricing guidelines across the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could copy/paste tables more easily from Excel. Custom formulas to add/subtract dates would also be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of standardization and salespeople spending too much time on quoting/contracts.
Not only are both of these problems solved with PandaDoc, it also integrates with our CRM to give better traceability across the entire process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PandaDoc is an essential tool that integrates easily with your existing sales tech stack.

What do you like best about the product?
We love how efficient it is to capture information, share proposals, and receive payment via QuickBooks integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish it had more integrations to other CRMs such as KEAP and would keep track of a job in a folder. We would much rather prefer to use PandaDoc for all communication instead of using a combination of KEAP, Google Drive, Email, Dropbox, etc. We also wish there was a better way to capture information or changes in project scope once the deal has been signed off on the document is locked. Being able to make changes or receive client approvals throughout the process would change the way our small agency operates and would drastically improve our internal/external communication process.

Easy contract generation

What do you like best about the product?
Making a variety of templates, hence can quickly generate new contracts
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally moving fields around can feel clunky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem of making contracts and card payments, both of which are fixed with PandaDocs. Has benefit of speeding up our processes

Definitely give it a go, overall has been a smooth ride

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Pandadoc syncs with Hubspot. Because it's linked, it's easy to track the estimates and documents that we sent out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's room for improvement on the templates, I'd like to be able to add images more freely into Pricing Schedule tables for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our follow-ups are very effective now because we can easily see if a customer hasn't opened an estimate or document. It also has changed the way we do business now that our customers can sign contracts and estimates digitally.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization options available on the forms can make them much more personal.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very fiddly to get the forms precisely as you want them, especially when it comes to tables and fields inside them. There doesn't seem to be a way to line up fields to a margin, and instead, you must do this individually by eye.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this as a Welcome Pack to our services, collecting all the information we need from a client at the off-set.

Way Cheaper Alternative to DocuSign

What do you like best about the product?
Price, Price, Price, Price, Price.
It's pretty easy to use, and I like that it keeps all previously entered contacts in an address book. The boxes you drop into the document are also easy to use. Makes my job so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to flatten the pdf by using a 3rd party service. Annoying. You can't create your own custom boxes that you can re-use over and over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time. No need to follow up with emails and it tells you when the other person has viewed the document.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and the thorough instructions and demo make utilizing this program a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dashboard does not show the person connecting to the platform and a reset is in order to correct the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of using LiveNotary is the convenience of performing notarizations in the comforts of one's home. This platform also helps keep business costs down and safety precautions are met.
