Pandadoc is the best option when handling important documents
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc has a large capacity, so the number of documents with which you can work is quite high. This platform centralizes audit records very well for easy access. In addition, it allows us to track the progress of our work through a function of tasks that can simply be marked as performed, to bring better control. We really liked the templates that are predetermined to create different types of documents, since they adapt easily to our business need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pandadoc sometimes tends to be slow, depending on the bandwidth with which you are working, so it is easy to deduce that you do not have much capacity to work on it from small accesses. A problem with mobile access is that it is constantly closed arbitrarily, and you can not recover all of the documents lost due to errors, only those that were saved as drafts. Your access without internet connection is quite limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since the use of pandadoc, the handling of electronic signatures in working documents has improved considerably. It has also been possible to cover more fields regarding the handling of payment demands, forms, and presentations, since pandadoc allows to work with all these documents and much more. Your Dashboard makes it very easy to orient yourself, and check the progress of our work from a single screen. It has also benefited our file conversion, because this process takes less time.

Pandadoc is simply amazing. Pandadoc is a recommended software to create and manage all kinds of written files, because it is extremely versatile. It is recommended to track electronic signatures, and to control file versions more accurately. It is highly recommended for the ease that it shows when handling the version records of each file.

What do you like best about the product?
We like it to be so easy to perform audit records within the pandadoc platform, since we can prioritize them at full convenience. It seems to us that its tracking function for the progression of each task (task) is detailed and easy to outline. Its mobile access has several drawbacks, such as closing itself when trying to make content repository, or when working with heavy documents. It's highly secure, gets processed through Stripe, my company really likes it. Price also is great.

Hard to sometimes convince our partners to use our system vs. theirs because they might be using clunkier, legacy systems.

I really like the ease of use is configured quickly and easily, as it is integrated into the cloud, documents are created easily and quickly, I like panda doc notifications, I really like it has become a necessary tool that facilitates everything.

We really liked the speed of mobile access, and its conversion of files. Pandadoc offers a good Dashboard, which can also be customized. Task progress tracking is loose and not very customizable. Pandadoc needs a lot of internet connection, because it becomes slow. It does not offer enough predetermined templates, and we can not handle workflows correctly.

With pandadoc we have been able to correctly document all of our online payment processes. The platform includes a fairly extensive database function, and lets us archive guided sales documents from chat conversations. He also has a good manager of contracts and catalogs. An easy online application for creating sharp, professional and interactive sales documents
What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop functions make it very easy to plan and create documents. I don't have to worry about rigid formatting restrictions that are often present in traditional document creation software. The look of most of the templates look nice and professional and fit closely to many of our common business documents needs. With PandaDoc, we can keep most, if not all, or our sales collaboration, presentation, data analysis and follow-up activities in the digital space. I really like how PandaDoc gives us instant metrics on our documents' user interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as my own experience creating documents with PandaDoc, I can't really think of anything to dislike. I know that might not be helpful, but it has so far worked very well for my sales documents. I'm not saying it's perfect, but I just haven't had any particularly negative experiences with it. I think for those that are incredibly poor with basic web browser forms, buttons and common computer functionality, they might find it hard to use. There may also be a downside when presenting a PandaDoc document to someone that isn't comfortable with technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to engaging and interactive sales documents without the need to perform integrate coding, set up databases or anything highly technical like that. I can put together a wide range of sales documents based on professional-looking templates, so I don't always have to start from scratch. When the viewer looks at the document, I can obtain interaction data about when they viewed certain documents and for how long. This helps me to gauge their interest in my presentation and allow me to follow up with them at an appropriate time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many types of sales presentation platforms out there now with DIY tools and metrics, but I think PandaDoc is one of the more flexible platforms that allows you to create common and effective sales documents while also giving you room to make unique statements.

There are no dynamic (hidden) fields that appear based on a previous selection.

I love that I have templates saved and created, so every time I need to send out a new proposal it only takes me 10-15 minutes instead of 2-3 hours!

I wish there was a little more room for design/creativity.

PandaDoc is a really great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a relatively simple UI and it pretty intuitive for the most part. Really easy to make edits and changes once you get the hang of it. It's also super flexible which I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tokens don't get filled in when populating from the CRM, so you have to re-enter them. Also, it's not always intuitive on how to clone a section of the PandaDoc and or Clone the entire PandaDoc to make quick and easy changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to populate a contract pretty quick and send it to my customer to e-sign. This saves me a ton of time having to create this in another system (pulls data from CRM) and can speed up the signing process because it's not a manual signature process.

I recommend PandaDoc all the time to Insightly customers.
