Effective Email Management with Easy Outlook Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Barracuda Email Protection can be integrated seamlessly into Outlook, enhancing the productivity since Outlook is our primary email platform. It's remarkable how Barracuda offers a phishing alert system that allows users to report suspect emails with an integrated phish alert button, enabling proactive measures such as viewing and blocking potential phishing threats. Furthermore, setting up Barracuda Email Protection was incredibly easy, thanks to the excellent support provided by the Barracuda Team, which streamlined the onboarding process efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the areas where Barracuda Email Protection could improve is by updating their user interaction page or enhancing the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Barracuda Email Protection to control email flow, set policies, block domains, and integrate easily with Outlook. It supports phishing alerts and simplifies reporting potential threats, improving our email security.

What do you like best about the product?
This effectively blocks most unwanted spam and phishing attempts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you get used to the interface, everything functions as intended. It simply requires some time to become comfortable with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most employees tend to overlook whether emails are good or bad. This tool helps safeguard people from their own mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Barracuda Email Protection for its robust protection capabilities and ease of use. The speed of scanning and detailed log reports it provides allow me to efficiently manage our company's email security. These features enable me to focus more on other projects, as notifications alert me promptly to any issues. The solution reliably blocks malicious actors from sending harmful emails to our staff, effectively saving me time on monitoring. The initial setup was very straightforward, and I find the customer support exemplary—just a phone call away and always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that some emails are allowed through Barracuda Email Protection, but then Microsoft 365 identifies a bad URL within those emails. I hope Barracuda Email Protection improves its scanning capabilities to better detect such threats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Barracuda Email Protection to block spam and malware, check SPF and DMARC records, and it saves time by alerting me to issues, allowing me to focus on other tasks efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The new UI has a modern and appealing look, making it easy to navigate. It offers strong capabilities along with some impressive features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been instances where new AI-based attacks have managed to bypass the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since our primary focus is on B2B, we have a large number of customers. The ability to block and allow specific domains has been especially helpful for us.

Easy Setup, Intuitive UI, and Robust Security Features

What do you like best about the product?
It is relatively easy to setup and very easy to use. The user interface is good. It does a pretty good job of stopping spam/threats. You can also add a lot of other helpful tools to the suite including encryption, Office 365 backup, and additional threat detection and remediation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only downside is cost as it is added on to the costs of Office 365.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps by adding an additional layer of spam protection. Other key features are Office 365 backup, encryption, and threat detection and remediation.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about barracuda email protection is the AI driven protection against the phishing attacks, malware attacks and account takeover. Easy to manage cloud interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Web interface is often outdated and clunky. There are some limitation in logging in quarantine options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting against inbound threats, providing protection from spams and phishing. Solving the problems of malicious attachment and links which are delivering to the organization. DLP also helps in keeping the internal documents and financial details secure within the organization.

Barracuda Email Protection is a very handy tool that makes our jobs easier

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to pull up emails sent between people, along with being able to even download and forward the email to other people if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes a while for the content in a sent email to become available. For example, if I'm trying to test something or view content from an email someone just sent, the email usually shows up in Barracuda within 1 minute of being sent, but the content isn't viewable from the admin panel for at least a good minute or two after that. It might not seem like a big deal, but I've had times where this extra minute or two is a big issue when working on something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impersonation protection has been a big thing that Barracuda has helped us implement and prevent future issues from impersonation attempts.
