Incident Response Feature Makes Email Management Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Incident response feature allowing us to pull back emails.

Sometimes too restrictive, but prefer that over not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost, identifying and addressing suspicious emails. Anytime a user asks about an email not received, it creates visibility/awareness to phishing.

Some troubleshooting issues can get passed around to a variety of Barracuda support agents and take a long time to resolve or language barriers hinder resolutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly detecting phishing attempts and removing them before they can be accessed by a user. Also having an accessible backup of MS365 data.

not much. the interface did not allow me to switch apps, but the new version is much better.

Preventing email based attacks, and reducing junk email.

I use Barracuda email protection on daily basis and rely heavily on their detection methods when it comes to spam detection

I wish there were additional tools or products available for on-premise exchange.

Detects unwanted spam and phishing emails
Barracuda is an amazing product.
What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda has a friendly easy to use interface that is highly customizable for us. It is easy to block or allow emails, backup our SharePoint sites as well as backup our emails.

If you have multiple domains it can be difficult to manage.

Blocks a lot of our spam.

It has always been easy to set up and use. From the appliance to the cloud, Barracuda has evolved.

Trying to figure out the reasons for false positives.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy way to secure your email infrastructure and is constantly improving the ability to thwart bad actors from getting to our users via email.

The rollout of new features is it always smooth and sometimes useful features are temporarily unavailable

Quarantining questionable email and blocking bad email.

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda is an all in one solution for email traffic protection. I love that Barracuda makes it so easy to review and take action on any email going through our domain. It was incredibly easy to set up and implement in our environment. The customer support is also top notch. I use it daily.

All the tools currently feel very separated. Im excited for the integration with BarracudaONE

Barracuda is a great replacement for our last tool. It was a huge challenge to track emails and deal with issues. Barracuda makes it incredibly simple to find and deal with problems.
