    What do you like best about the product?
    Easy to use, it's a one stop shop for all GMB needs
    What do you dislike about the product?
    A few functions are limited, if you have GMB access, there are a few things that it's easier to just use GMB then Yext, like editing services, maybe adding/deleting photos quicker, etc
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Lets our employees access anything that needs to be changed on the backend without messing anything up majorly.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that Yext makes it easy to respond to reviews. Once I find where to go, I can easily respond to reviews on our company on Google and Yelp. The initial setup of Yext was fairly easy too.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It's a little hard to navigate Yext to find what I need. When I go look for a review, it's a little hard for me to find where to go—I end up clicking a bunch of things first. Navigating the website could be improved by making it a little more user-friendly to find things.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Yext to manage reviews and online activity for my businesses. Although navigation is tricky, once I find the right spot, responding to reviews on Google and Yelp is easy.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the format of the platform. I haven't used one before but this one has been pretty easy to navigate. and I like that it has the ability for me to manage multiple pages for my different buisnesses.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I would say that sometimes the program can not be that obvious as to what next steps are. I am always able to manage how to use it by googling it which is nice.

    it easily allows me to update my business hours and practcioners

    I like that Yext is user-friendly, clean, and not complicated. It also provides us with both the good and bad, helping to pinpoint areas where we can improve. The initial setup of Yext was easy as well.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The distribution of data across numerous platforms simultaneously works very well. Especially the cooperation with Accor offers, in my view, a great value for money.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I find it somewhat confusing in parts and the individual points difficult to find. Especially when it comes to optimizing content.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Distribution of information across many different platforms simplifies distribution - many individual entries and portals do not need to be changed individually.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Yext primarily to monitor reputation for a client across all their different locations. I really like that it brings all the different review sites into one platform, which is super helpful for us. I think the user interface is very strong, making it easy to navigate. The analytics are also robust, allowing us to provide strong insights to our client. I find the ability to have prewritten or preapproved responses in a dropdown handy, as it helps my team respond quickly and appropriately with legal language. The analytics features are great for tracking our progress month-to-month and year-over-year, assisting us in identifying trends throughout the year, like when we'll typically see a surge or a lull in reviews. Lastly, the initial setup of Yext was very straightforward and simple.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There's not much. I think the functionality within Yelp can be a little bit cumbersome, but I think that has to do with the API of the Yelp platform.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Yext to consolidate all review sites into one platform, simplifying reputation monitoring. Prewritten responses help our team respond quickly with approved language. Analytics offer insights into trends, showing when we might experience review surges or lulls.
