easy CRM to use and set up

What do you like best about the product?
interface is awesome. everything makes sense with one glance and coming in with no experience you can visualize how the crm works and the pipeline flow. very easy to make calls right from the CRM itself and you can enter notes while you are making the call. email integration with gmail is awesome, you can send and receive emails right from the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
a bit difficult to set up and customize. customization options are there, but it takes a bit to work everything out and customize it exactly as you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to keep track of sales pipelines, make calls, track calls, and record calls, send emails, text messages
Recommendations to others considering the product:
great CRM that is easy to use. you can make calls and emails right from the CRM. check it out.

lightweight and easy solution

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is a lighweight and easy to use solution for a CRM. If you want to get things up and running pretty easy, this is a great option. When looking to set up a CRM we needed a solution that could be implemented as quickly as possible, and this is why we ended up deciding on this option for a CRM. Customization options are helpful and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
free plan does not have a lot of options so you likely need paid plan to be able to do anything useful with the software, but they do offer a free trial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having a CRM that tracks account executive and sales development representatives funnel and overall pipeline performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
great CRM that is lightweight, easy to use, and easy to set up quickly.

Great application to connect with clients and manage your sales

What do you like best about the product?
I am delighted with Freshsales because it is an excellent performance CRM platform; it has so many good things that it is very difficult for me to list them all. It is simple to use in the beginning, thanks to its clean and intuitive interface we can use it in moments. It has menus that are easy to use and understand, intelligently divides the most potential customers, as well as customizable offers. Sort very quickly excel files to all the information of my clients. I am totally in love; I improve my sales and productivity a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
To this day, I can not say certainly negative things of Freshsales CRM, I have had many pleasant experiences, either with support or with the platform itself, it works very well. It is obvious that currently, this is not a platform that revolutionizes the market; it has nothing new to offer. The only point I do not like so much is its simplicity, I have tried other similar applications and they offer more things, but if you are looking for a job, simple, direct and tidy, this is the best option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have resolved amounts of issues that were related to work time. Freshsales is a remarkable CRM, its functions make productivity in my business increase a lot, and not only that, most importantly, my short and long-term earnings for ordering potential clients. One of the main advantages that I could get or notice in Freshsales is its CRM listed “contact filter”. A detail that a facilitator does is the one that classifies the conversations, can organize the messages that I had with clients in a particular way to know if they are potential clients.
The main benefit I could get in its simplicity. The topics related to CRM can be overwhelming for any person and boss who has a business, it is very difficult to remember all the clients exactly. Freshsales is a direct solution, it is very professional and intuitive, it is easy to use for anyone who wants to enter the CRM type of business. This also adapts to any pocket, it has many plans to choose from with different prices and needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Like all applications for new users, they must know the application before. It is a good exercise that before they use it, they look for tutorial and informative videos on how to use Freshsales first-time. Explore each of its features and functions, so that you experience everything they have to offer. It has many plans, I suggest that you think carefully about which plan you will use, since they have different functions to a greater or lesser extent.

Excellent CRM platform to connect with clients and complete sales

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales CRM is a very reliable and professional application, as a seller, it is very useful to have a CRM platform that makes my life easier with the clients; it organizes in an exact way in “Excel” documents all the data of my clients. It has a clean and very intuitive interface, very necessary for people who are not familiar with this type of applications. Freshsales has a wonderful support team; every problem that comes to me tries to solve it as quickly as possible to improve the user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is not the only one they offer on the market, but to be honest, I am very pleased with the service they give me. Freshsales CRM is a good combination of utility, reliability and simplicity, with this, we can have a very fast advance in sales with our clients. It has functions and features that can be a bit difficult to understand at first, but thanks to its intuitive interface, in a few minutes we can use it as an expert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I had with CRM applications was their difficulty of use. Before, I used to write down each piece of information about my clients on paper, but nowadays it is not feasible to do that, due to loss of money and it is annoying. Freshsales was the solution to all that, with the quick and logical menus it is easy to understand, we don't need to be an expert or watch videos on "How to use it?" but no, in a short time it can be used fluidly for anyone. This CRM platform has certainly become a facilitator in my life.
Freshsales is too useful, I did not imagine what it was like to live without it before. When we start to have a high level of potential customers, they start sending us mass emails, and that's when Freshsales stands out. With it we can have a very exact “follow-up” with the clients who responded and were interested in our emails, making us have sales, which mean that we earn more money. With just a few dollars a month I have greatly increased my business sales and with great ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Freshsales is easy to use and understand for anyone who knows the subject, but there is one detail. CRM systems and applications are somewhat complicated to use, here is a tip for new users, first try to research on the subject and then buy or use CRM applications. Many people have bad experiences about using Freshsales because they do not know for what purpose it is used, scoring the application in a bad way for their ignorance.

What do you like best about the product?
great CRM. very easy to use interface. anybody can understand how to use and people can pick it up very quickly. dialing is very easy to do from the CRM if you have freshsales integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
difficult to set up at first if you are trying to integrate other services, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to keep track of sales pipeline, make outbound calls, record calls, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
great CRM you should definitely consider if you are looking for something a bit cheaper compared to Zoho or Salesforce.

very easy CRM to use and learn. lead management and pipeline management makes sense and is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
migrating data from other sources is difficult because everything is integrated differently than in other software

using as a CRM for sales pipeline management and for making outbound calls, monitoring outbound calls, and tracking sales information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you need a CRM this is a great option since it is easy to use. especially great for a small business.

very easy to use and integrates perfectly with freshdesk, freshcaller, etc. and other integrations by freshworks. support team is super helpful and can assist

difficult to set up at first and entering data into the crm and setting everything up is a little hard

What do you like best about the product?
A great CRM with tons of different tools including a built in dialer for making outbound phone calls and also mass email campaigns for sending large amounts of emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the customizations are hard to figure out or you need to make workarounds in order to get it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allows us to make outbound calls, track outbound calls, track emails, and other CRM features.

definitely consider using this software if you are need of a cRM

super easy to use crm making transitioning to this crm a lot easier than with other crms.

does not allow 3rd party integrations as sometimes there are features that are not available.

use as crm, outbound calling and tracking, recording, etc. and for reports of sales data
