The best CRM we have tested in our company

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to manage and flexible to model both sales and business processes. You can create custom fields that will help you control the most important aspects of your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like the least is that you can't have an ID field for each opportunity, which means you have to figure things out a bit to make it happen. In the end, we did it with their powerful API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy-to-use tool where all participants have their information and collaborate on their piece each day, having all the information in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very much useful tool for specially sales team becuase they can easily manage their leads contacts mail following up with it.

All are okay no dislike for Freshsales.

What do you like best about the product?
Email and process automation are so easy to use and well-integrated.
Customer service is very competent and available 24/7
Integrated with Freshdesk, you have a real 360 view of your clients
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of emails per day is limited, so you can't do mass emailing
The interface is sometimes a bit slow to refresh and does not do it automatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear tracking of our customer opportunities
Integrated with Freshchat and Email automation, the overall customer engagement has improved tremendously, resulting in a closing ratio going from 15 to 35%

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of Freshsales is quietly convenient. Being able to manage contacts as not only contacts, but contacts and leads is good to manage data. Also, account hierarchy is a useful structure to organize deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to go to the from one lead/contact/deal page to the other without going back to the main lead/contact/deal page which shows all records; since, it is not so convenient. Moreover, it would be better if I was able to add pipeline steps after Won and Lost steps. In the company, we have deal stages between Won and Lost stages as well as after those stages. Finally, it would be practical when we could insert a quick calculator to the deal module. For example, multiplying the number of team members with the price per user inside of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can manage our customer data with ease. Freshsales provides us to display every data related with lead/contact/deal in one page, which is the best.

What do you like best about the product?
Maintain a complete and detailed report of all sales and communication with our consumers, simple by making a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the useful paragraphs are really too "clustered" and not as visible as I Would like them to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have labor freedom by being able to use this platform anywhere i am, even on mobile devices.

If you really want to automate your work and save time, use it.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very clean and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to retrieve data of existing leads from the same domain at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get a huge volume of leads coming in. Freshsales helps us manage, track and cater to all of them.
It is very comprehensive and it's reporting feature comes in handy.
There is a lot of customization in the way how we can set-up the CRM and personalize it to our organization. I will definitely recommend and use Freshsales in any organization I'm a part of!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that their plans and prices of them adapt to the size of each company, their functions are ideal to carry out marketing tasks and have detailed reports of heat maps or funnel analysis, Freshmarketer platform is easy of driving, even without much experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably my only complaint to Freshmarketer is how difficult it is to find the documentation in the beginning, but after that I think everything has been very clear, with good technical support that helped us find the solutions to our problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's amazing how Freshmarketer has been so helpful in less than a year of use, our website, customers and our entire company has benefited from marketing, we have more attention to what our customers expect. Our marketing team works precisely thanks to its tools.

We can say that it is 100% recommended by our company by and for our colleagues who wish to expand their knowledge about their website and get the most out of it. Freshmarketer is a software with a fairly cheap price and with very good integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is great to qualify our leads. It allows us to focus on tracking those customers who are really interested in our services.
The platform serves as a base of operation for our sales agents. We can connect the email and receive all incoming communications and prioritize them. It is an excellent system to not overlook opportunities. In addition to that it also provides a solid graphical reporting tool that provides us with relevant information that drives us to improve our business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I have not experienced technical problems, it works remarkably and gives us the best results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most visible benefit is the integration of the sales team, thereby improved collaboration and workflow.
The sales cycle management is simpler since contact information, sales, campaigns and other tasks are clearly visible on simple panels .
Graphical reports have been of great weight to increase the power of decision because the software gives us consistent and reliable data to support our decisions.

It is a suitable tool for sales teams. Its price is affordable for small businesses.
