They Should introduce add on features for admin because some of the features have a limit if we want to upgrade we need to upgrade for entire users

Fresh sales help us in closing the leads in a very orderly manner. We are getting reports and trends about the customers coming in and the service our sales team provide

Freshsales comes with in-depth functionalities for CRM and sales team. For Sales team, give good access over mobile app as well.

Reporting can be improved and can give more insights to improve sales

Has helped in keeping track of all sales activities. From pre-sales to post-sales, has helped in solving client problems

Flexible, easy to use, excellent intergration and new funtionality added frequently.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track deals through multiple pipelines and the ability to set-up multiple automated workflows and triggers. This saves a huge amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be improved. For example, being able to track deals over time is difficult. We need more historical reports for CEO reporting!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking deals enables us to distribute responsibilities in the team and SLACK integration enables visibility across the business of progress. This has enabled us to organise our workflows and distribute resources accordingly. We very quickly identified bottlenecks and where the biggest drop-out occurs, which has enabled us to put procedures in place to account for these.
Freshmarketer provides a good visual editor for A / B testing.
What do you like best about the product?
We like to be able to perform statistical relevance analysis in a few minutes. Freshmarketer has the ability to create sales funnels, and to apply analysis to them as well. As thermal map management software is excellent, it allows to map behaviors and sales. It has a well structured communications panel, and the segmentation system for campaigns allows to segment publics under customizable criteria. We also like your management tool for landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshmarketer does not offer tools for managing support tickets, so you can not add a section to our website where customers can send messages directly. The radial mapping takes a long time to process. The platform does not handle surveys, and does not apply terrirorial and radial cartographies. Maps can not be integrated to external platforms. It also does not handle multivariate tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the use of Freshmarketer we can get a better management of the analytics of our website. Sales management is personalized better, and it is easier to do targeting among large audiences. Freshmarketer has facilitated all our work of converting clients from the landing page. It has also served to apply mapping to clients according to their behavior on the page.

With Freshmarketer you can get better follow-ups from specific audiences. It is advisable to edit A / B tests and online forms, as well as to segment publics and delimit them better before launching a marketing campaign, as well as to perform statistical analyzes on the behavior of each visitor to the website. I admire the software it is very unique Freshsales is response to company’s own necessity to handle multiple aspects of the sales process, and eliminate the need for users to wander around programs to get the job done

Nothing for now the product is very okay and efficient it has good features which enables the user to use it and apply the features o what ever task is being required to do or perform

For now I can be able to track mail see the client that click on the mail that is being sent to them nor ignore by getting notification when a client have viewed message being sent to them

It is a very good product beginners can as well use it and there is satisfaction while using the product very efficient and proficient . It has great value for its pricing

Incredibly intuitive interface, gives huge insights into both productivity of the workforce, and allows for easy tracking of both the sales pipeline, and of current clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't too easy to export the data that I wanted initially, but I used the FreshChat support integration, and was quickly assisted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed our company to more effectively sell to prospects, as well as give our existing clients better service, by allowing for easy reference points into the relationship.
The perfect CRM for me
What do you like best about the product?
Before Freshsales I was using multple tools to keep track of and manage lead flow: a chat tool, support desk, analytics, CRM. Now all of it integrates together perfectly. I love being able to email leads and schedule emails right from the dashboard, as well as customize it exactly how I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a robust tool, so it took me some time to figure out how to use it to its fullest. The learning curve was longer than other tools I've used, but now that it's the way I like it, it's great.

What do you like best about the product?
We like that the platform brings an integrated phone, which allows us to track the behavior of our users, that reports can be created by applying an agile methodology, and that we can manage sales on the spot. With Freshsales you get great territory management, call lists, and customer databases in general.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales does not allow the user to make forecasts of sales, or handle contracts or documents in general. It does not categorize customers online, nor does it integrate quickly into social media platforms. The scoring system for potential clients is confusing, since points are calculated subjectively, and having a team with several members, some of them can give another rating, which causes disorganization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Freshsales we get the possibility of integrating emails to the CRM platform, and we have also improved the ability to make phone calls. We also save time by not having to verify the information before providing solutions to the clientele. It can be said that increasing the practicality of customer relationship management is only the beginning. With Freshsales, the marketing and management tasks of the pipeline sales (sales funnels) are optimized.

Freshsales is a comfortable service, full of tools to offer a correct attention to the clients and be able to analyze them. Freshsales will be useful to review the performance metrics of online customer management, to control responses through email, to manage leads, and much more. We are completely satisfied with Freshsales. It is reliable, intuitive and very comfortable. We recommend it.
