Unifying Support, Sales and Marketing experience
What do you like best about the product?
Fast onboarding, Smart usability, Complete API integration, Easy customization.

Online documentation not always updated with the product.
The missing possibility to build button with custom action sometime create some difficulties.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Freshsales the information between sales agents is always up to date and the customer journey makes new customer engagement more effective
Great CRM for focused selling relationship management
What do you like best about the product?
I've enjoyed using Freshsales. It has an intuitive interface and essential features that make it easy to use. The platform's pipeline and contact management have improved the way we manage our client relationships. Most of all, I like that Freshsales gives me the tools I need without overwhelming me with too much. As an example, another CRM I considered had over 45 apps, but there was no way I'd use them all. In some ways, I felt it would be a distraction to try to learn them, so I chose Freshsales because it gives me all I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales appears (at least to me) to be a product-driven sales CRM. At least, that's my takeaway based on many of the features it offers. I'm a service-based business. So, to get the most from Freshsales, I've had to see my service as a product. Doing so has helped me adjust some of the features to fit my business. Another thing I don't like is that Facebook and Instagram are the only two social media platforms you can integrate (at least, for now). They just introduced lead gen forms for LinkedIn, but you can't integrate LinkedIn as a social platform the way you can with FB and IG. I'd like to see that feature since LI is such an important platform for B2B sales. Also, the styling options for lead-gen forms and web forms is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales has helped me become more organized by providing a central hub for all my sales and customer information. I can easily find what I need when I need it, which has reduced the aggravation of keeping up with projects and client communication. I get a much clearer view of what I have going on because Freshsales provides a nice overview of my sales pipeline, customer interactions, and overall progress.
Affordable and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
FreshSales offers excellent value for its price, making it ideal for small businesses or companies that want an effective CRM without breaking the bank. It is a very intuitive tool with features (such as email marketing) that make it easy to manage the business. The customer service is top-notch, and they are always available to assist, which has been a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is the reporting functionality. Generating reports can be frustrating, and it lacks the flexibility and ease of use that some other CRMs provide.

FreshSales helps streamline business operations by centralising key functions such as customer relationship management and email marketing in one place.

Cost of Plans, removal of features from basic/growth plans, often lot of changes made during short period of time with user interface, tons of bugs/glitches, Not much customization offered even on growth plan.

Lead Management and identifying history of particular lead and lead scoring helps us to convert that deal

We had a very robust list that was challenging to get it imported into the system, once a paid customer, some additoinal onboarding training would have been helpful.

Great Onboarding Experience and Customisable System
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding was great, with an assigned Account Manager (Jasperin) and Technical Support (Viveh) to help me through the trial period and to test all the elements I wanted to use within Freshsales suite. The system is customisable and easy to work with and when the functionality wasn't there, Jasperin and Viveh taught me alternative ways of using the system to get the result I wanted. It is great to be able to make my own changes to the setup without having to seek support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The helpchat is a bit frustrating, with slower responses and them not necessarily understanding the problem. This has been resolved to date through emailing the Account Manager

What do you like best about the product?
* I love the fact that it accommodates both small and large businesses which for me automatically helps businesses particularly small businesses to have an accountability mentality even from the very foundation.
* It's user friendly unlike most of the CRM tools we have today because it functions are easy to navigate & understand, it's not too pricey. I also love the customization option.

Accessibility option for collaborators can be improved on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lead scoring, prioritized follow-ups, contacting leads with specifically informed call-to-action.

What do you like best about the product?
Fresh Sales and Freshworks are friendly and operate from a sense of urgency. Clients are in good hands. Plus. The products are great, easy-to-use, navigate etc

Nothing yet (my laugh). I'm exploring the utility.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part of freshsales is the features that it offers. We have an eye on the entire sale cycle, it gives us better visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, product is quite helpful.

Earlier it was very hard to keep a track of our email marketing campaign, fresh sales gives us better visibility.
