What do you like best about the product?
Follow up of customers, tracking information, sending mails en making phonecalls is very easy. You also have a good overview of all the needed information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Freshsales.io so much because of the infinite capacity of customizations and integrations. This allows my users to create tracking systems with multiple points of contact with the client. The new future to manage duplicates was a great addition. I also love the ability to attach documents to client files, it really is useful. I conclude with the fact that fresh sales are constantly changing and in my 6 months of use I have seen that the anticipated improvements appear before my eyes. It is perfect for users who are looking for a cost-effective and flexible solution for customer relationships. The problems in its use can be solved through the support and improvement of the software itself. It is a great CRM. It even offers us an integrated phone, an integrated email system, user behavior, a tracking system and a reporting system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is relatively easy to understand, however, when it comes to use, I find that it is very clumsy. We were able to see how open configuration and free personalization can overwhelm even experienced users. I would even say that the programmers and web designers of Freshsales.io had a greater influence on this product than on relationship management professionals. It's like a "Droid" cell phone. The technology in the phone is superior and much more advanced, but users are not used to its application. As has already been written, Freshsales.io is really intuitive and easy to use thanks to its accessible menus and filters. There is also the possibility of customizing some general views to keep all the essential information at your fingertips. It is possible to automate pipes and workflows as necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of delegation of tasks / collaboration with others on the team is a walk with FreshSales.io. Another benefit is the task, reminders of appointments in time zones. In addition to this, you can also tag the location of the meeting accurately in the Uber application of Google Maps, helping to achieve specific goals by creating a valuable agreement for each lead imported into it. Bid management is really intuitive, like all other available functions. Contacts can be easily imported by loading their customer lists in CSV or similar format. In addition Freshsales.io helped my company in: delegation of tasks to the team, monitoring of the activity / ¬ performance of the team, increase in the accuracy of the sales forecast, identification of unattended contacts in the database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The main advantage is that it filters and displays the emails only from the contacts that appear in the CRM (it is not necessary to navigate through the internal / supplier communication, while looking for any email). Also, classify the conversations corresponding to a particular person (contact), company or any agreement. Apart from that it includes a complete record of calls, emails, chat and other communications to a client by several people in the company, for this advantage we recommend this great product. The second aspect of the CRM tool is the management characteristic of the generation of reports. It shows reports for all the members of the team with the respective sales activities, follow-ups, elements of action against each agreement.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to learn and easy to populate what I would need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The less availability of customization which is, however, being improved day in and day out. I would still prefer a faster rollout of these features.

What do you like best about the product?
UI is great and easy to integrate. Also, integrating into our database and other applications has proven to be pretty straight forward. Keen on seeing it fully rolled out and stabilized in the coming weeks. Easy to flex / fit to our business process needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see if there was any discounted pricing. We use FreshSales / FreshDesk / FreshTeam and are a social enterprise focused on Agriculture in sub-Saharan Africa. With other applications we've been able to get a bit of a discount and as we scale this up I'm a bit concerned on cost, especially as we add more and more agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management along customer life cycle and linking to other applications we have running centered around a single source of truth has been very helpful. Integrations with Facebook and our VOiP application is making managing our customer base much easier and giving us excellent visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Before committing, I briefly assessed a few other solutions out there and found Freshsales to be very user friendly and just super fast. Everything is on hand close by, and linked - the chronology - appointments, tasks , chain of emails, and phone calling. It works amazing for our needs and the deal management and status is an added bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use a few features to make this software even more powerful - in which case making it truly a force to be reckoned with by not only being fast but well stocked with features. Variants of auto dialing, call listening in, and call barging would be great. The phone app could also use some functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client and partner relations and tracking - phone calls, emails, follow up management - and tracking chain of followups. Segmenting contacts / prospects using filters to target who to reach.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshmarketer we like for its excellent testing tools for landing pages. It should be noted that its A / B test management is completely customizable according to the information we want to collect. We really liked your sales funnel analysis tool, with which we can include all kinds of information about customers inside the funnel. Freshmarketer is excellent for segmenting sales campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not like its term mapping tool, since you can not create comprehensive maps. Its radial mapping tool takes too long, as does its territorial mapping tool. It does not do document mapping correctly, and it does not allow us to create maps "for science". We also do not like its function of relevance analysis of metrics; does not offer enough options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshmarketer has turned out to be a rather ingenious service to handle visitor conversion rating optimizations. It has also helped a lot with the targeting of audiences, and with the management of surveys. In conclusion, freshmarketer serves a lot to get customers quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Freshmarketer is a pretty serious heatmap service. We consider it one of the best services with which we have had the opportunity to work. It is ideal to track the analytics of websites, and to schedule tests of different classes. We highly recommend it to sales teams whose need is to increase their sales automation strength.

What do you like best about the product?
We realized that it has many advantages because it allows us to track our processes, monitor and follow clients to carry out any negotiation, also through emails we can communicate and address our potential customers, we can make phone calls in an effective and direct way to each user , has good reports to visualize each step that has been made with this software, customer support is effective and fast, it is easy to manage and perform the typing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The weaknesses of this software is has many restrictions to make some change of our whim, we can not edit the alarms, to export is difficult, it lacks some functions to be complete and more profitable.

For us it has seemed very good software, it is easy and our administrators think it is great because it organizes and facilitates having accurate and timely information, it is a truly attractive platform for the administrator, it allows us to quickly carry out our sales and processes to execute

Freshmarketer is a very intuitive heatmap platform

What do you like best about the product?
This optimization tool we liked first for its design, oriented to online marketing campaigns. It is very easy to convert visitors to our website through its Heatmap functions and A / B tests. We like the platform to handle session replays, and its radial mapping system. It is also excellent for taking the analytics metrics of our website, and for organizing our sales information. Another powerful tool that it has is its audience targeting function.
What do you dislike about the product?
We think that their territorial maps are not dynamic enough, and their management of the landing pages is quite limited. We do not like its campaign segmentation tools, nor the application of statistical relevance analysis that it has integrated. Freshmarketer is slow to optimize behavioral maps, and its Dashboard is not properly structured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshmarketer has helped a lot with our visual edition of the radial maps. With its implementation we have made the analysis of websites take less time, and the cartography of documents is much more accurate. It is also easier to perform analysis of sales funnels, and make separation tests to visitors of the page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Freshmarketer has fulfilled exceedingly the expectations proposed in the beginning. It is a first class software, which will help a lot with the handling of the terms maps and the analysis of elements of web pages. We are very pleased with its use, and therefore we recommend it.

Freshsales we love it for its sales tracking system

What do you like best about the product?
We like the organization that grants for the management of tasks. These can be easily integrated into our email. Its integrated CRM is excellent at allowing us to make phone calls on its own, without the need to resort to other communication softwares. Your channel system has made our customer management much simpler. We like your views of business processes to be customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not like the customer account manager to be confused with the contact manager (they look a lot like each other). We are annoyed that the column editor can not organize them by using automated filters (dates and type of sales project, for example). We have found that their customer service management tools are quite poor, as in the case of their analysis function, or the email response tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales has proved to be very beneficial for marketing by email, and therefore to improve the automation of our sales force. With freshsales it has become easier to manage leads, as well as sales contracts. We are also in better contact with customers, thanks to its internal chat integration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Freshsales is a completely recommended service to work with large contact lists, and to track interactions with them. It is perfect for the distribution of potential clients, as well as for their evaluation. We also recommend it for the management of sales funnels.

What do you like best about the product?
We really like your A / B test management system. It is excellent to be able to create statistical relevance analysis, and sales funnels. In addition, freshmarketer allows the creation of maps terms for testing, and the segmentation of marketing campaigns, and public. We also like your landing page management tool, with which you can also manage forms online. Its communications panel is quite centralized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform does not allow handling surveys within our website, which limits us a bit when making feedback collections. It does not allow to create radial or territorial cartographies, in the case of thermal maps. These are not integrable either. We do not like its function of optimization of conversion rates, nor its manager of work objectives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshmarketer has helped us a lot with the management of thermal maps, and with the conversion of visitors to our website, thanks to functions of A / B tests and session repetitions. Its price of $ 99 per month seems very convenient to us, because we do not have a big budget for software, since we are a small company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Freshmarketer is a very robust tool for the conversion of web page visitors. It is excellent for making public segmentations, and for the cartography of behaviors. This is a recommended platform for small sales teams, since with it it is very easy to organize. It's very good.
