Freshsales vs other competitors (Salesforce)
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Freshsales keeps everything organized in a user friendly way and is not cluttered with a million features that my company is not even utilizing like salesforce is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that going through the tasks had an easier way to just go through them all one by one consecutively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales benefits me by solving the problem of a cluttered CRM when following up with my sales prospects and makes it easy to navigate and find the information needed.
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is a platform with multiple features to improve sales and user service. Every day in my work they help facilitate data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can easily organize myself day to day

I love that it is very easy to use, intuitive, you can download reports and check my team's progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost per user seems high to me, it could be more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only drawback is the response time when I query a lot of information.
I like the deal screen the most. I appreciate that it can show very detailed analytics once set up.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature in Freshsales is being able to set follow-up periods for each product. It's very convenient to manage, as I can set longer periods for products that require long-term follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like is that the level of support varies greatly depending on the person handling it. If you get someone who provides very thorough support, you feel lucky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great that the Kanban method allows us to check the status of all companies. This has likely reduced oversights.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
There is a mobile app that can be used when on the go and very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
A slightly annoying feature is the quick pop out menus have the x close button on the left side instead of the right and are a blue/grey color instead of red.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of being able to track notes on prospects and keep them moving through the process until the deal is closed. Historical data is helpful when resoliciting potential clients as well.

Simple Solution, Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
While the tool itself is fine, I've been very happy with the personalized support. For example, I've been able to get someone to help me with initial setup, and subsequent tasks like importing contact spreadsheets and troubleshooting issues live over Zoom with a very quick response time. This saves me a lot of frustration when it comes to 'sticking points' with the solution (which I expect with any product).
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards/data display could be a little more user friendly. For example, phone numbers MUST show as 2322222222 vs. 232-222-2222. Odd items like that which could be easy fixes seem to persist.

Managing contacts, sending and measuring emails, tracking engagement.
User interface is straightforward and easy to navigate.

For new users not familiar with CRM Freshsales offers a very intuitive and easy to use tool.

There are some system limitations on reports and dashboards as well as Paren to Child Accounts mapping.

THe problems that Freshsales solve for our team is Activity tracking, client anggagement and productivity reports.
It's a well balanced tool for Managing, Analytics and easily filtering the contacts

Sometimes application is lagging and facing some issues in sales sequence other than that everything was good

Easily bulk update any single field and its saving a lot of time by filtering and updating the fields
