Solid CRM System
What do you like best about the product?
The tasking feature is a good way to share the same account information, within the company. You are able to direct another user to the account and notes in question and have your Q and A right there for reference. Also, the ability to EASILY create your own search parameters for your assigned accounts means you can use your own style with ease when tracking/coordinating your work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see my notes, at the same time I am updating a contact. You do have to save, close, recall - you can't just look from side to side at the account. It's really not that big of a deal as a rule but is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see several users work and easily stay on top of their follow-up, as well as my own, so that the clients get the most accurate detail. Also with the replies to emails coming directly to my account, I save a step. There are many step savers built in, from scheduling an email, to the listing of tasks, and the sorting of data in many different ways.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
All CRM's have their "quirks and perks" I like Freshsales, and find it easy to pick up, learn, use and customize to fit my needs. Take time to look for the extras that they have available in the app, that you may have overlooked.

What do you like best about the product?
Things which I like the best is ease to manage leads in one platform , earlier we used to use different software for each function like email , pipeline etc etc . But with fresh sales I can easily manage sending emails , viewing my pipeline , winning or loosing a deal , managing my calendar right here from one application . Best feature is email tracking so that I can see who has opened my mail and who has not
What do you dislike about the product?
frankly speaking I have not faced any problem using this software but the time delay in moving from one page to another should be reduced .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working with sales department and our major problem which fresh sales solved was managing leads, earlier we used to use 5-6 different software for different function but now with fresh sales I can manage everything under one roof, i can send emails to customer , see lead scores and also set automatic follow up mails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you are a growing company or a well established company I will recommend using it for your organization specially for sales team

Easy to setup, learn, and use to add scale and sophistication to your sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few minor things related to usability but the team there is very, very responsive

Improved prospecting, better insight, ability to standardize approach via templates and lead scoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Fresh Sales is an awesome way to manage sales team's pipelines & communicate with customers thru phone / emails! the variety of filters for summarizing your data which makes it possible to group and organize results and reporting analytics the way you want it. Its a must for every growing sales focused business and considering the affordable price options, it definitely delivers much more for every $ invested.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love for the Outlook calendar also to be integrated at the earliest. As of now this is not yet available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using only Excel sheet before. Now with FreshSales, we are able to sort and qualify leads better, able to follow up on sales opportunities more systematically and on time, prioritize & rationalise our follow up activities and increase our target reach rates faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsale's UI/UX is great, especially when compared to the competition. I have tried them all, and the aesthetics and organization of Freshsale's features is what ultimately won me over. Their pricing model is also extremely affordable and fair. We are excited to see the other apps Freshworks rolls out with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having the ability to create quotes, contracts, and invoices would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently utilizing Freshsales to manage sales, organize tasks, and enhance customer relationships. Being able to integrate with Freshwork's and other third-parties' applications has been a major benefit as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We found the bottom line to be that Freshsales provides an extremely thorough CRM solution at a fraction of the cost of other less-capable systems.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since I lead the account management team, my use case (renewals and upsells) is a little different from the primary solution Freshsales and other CRM solutions provide - Drive New sales.
Because of this, I find several challenges in using CRM systems (Freshsales, Salesforce etc)

Integrated phone with local number and deals pipeline.

Estate plan (top) is too expensive for us. Can't make phone calls with the app.

Great CRM with Full Feature-set and Extensive Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the CRM use on mobile is fantastic. Easy to use on the go is a priority.

Looking for additional options to integrate with our marketing automation platform so we can trigger additional actions based on the pipeline stage.

Freshsales keeps track of all our leads, contacts, and upcoming sales opportunities and integrates well with our marketing automation platform.

Big Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The system is intuitive - unlike our past CRM. I also appreciate the drag and drop interface and the ease in converting people from lead to account to deal.

The email conversation seem a bit hard to manage but I'm not in the app every minute.
