Excellent Sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has a lot of features which are very helpfull. It's perfect solution for B2B and B2C.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing at this moment, this tool it's new (2016-2017) but their development it's very fast
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's not a simple sales tool. It's complete Crm (b2b+b2c) sales tool, call center and website tracker.
It's everything that a sales tool should be!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy it!

Intuitive and powerful

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can try out most of the powerful features in the free tier and then make a decision. The product is extremely intuitive and highly recommend it to everyone who is in the market for a Sales First CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see conversations / team inbox in the free version with a one time limit. This way, the users would start using the feature and would push the company to move to a paid version once the cap on conversations is up.

Also, when users receive an email response from a prospect - would love to see a notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking leads, deals and conversations for our startup. The API is very useful to connect and pull data from different sources.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Fresh Sales is great, the functionality better, but best of all is the reponse and enthusiasm of the sales and support teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - Yet, I will report back when we have been using it for over 12 months !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fresh Sales has enabled us to contact new prospects and leads in a structured manner with a minimal learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps manage the sales funnel better than any other tool we have used so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mailbox on the mobile app is a missing feature.

It helps us manage sales without hassle. One tool covering all process required to manage and effective sales team

Best in class user experience

What do you like best about the product?
After trying out several CRMs most of which were built for an older generation of businesses, and were only modified to suit the needs of today's fast growing internet businesses, Freshales stands apart as a product built from the ground up with modern business needs in mind. The intuitive integration with their Chat (freshchat) and Support (freshdesk) applications are an added bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
They currently do not support tracking emails sent through clients other than from Fresales. A chrome/outlook plugin to track these messages sent from our current clients would be a huge plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a workflow automation platform and use Freshsales to onboard users. We use a concierge onboarding process with strong feedback loops and Freshsales helps us manage that cycle easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple GUI and detailed coverage of information process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration with other modules like Freshdesk Support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping records and track of customer enquiries in structured format to be utilised at various stages was a problem, with single window, we take benefit of processing info n followup all from one place.

Best in class for online aided conversion

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has easy to integrate api structure which allowed us to design and implement it within a month's time. Highly recommended for small scale businesses. Application is very easy to understand and requires no aggressive training to train agents. Team transition from traditional system to freshsales was too quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales still has to cover more features w.r.t B2C kind of it's client where no. of leads are more in the software. For example: If mo. of leads are more then client must ask for lead capping feature, hence freshsales need to think in this direction as well.

Not able to set rules on lead which are already lying in the system. No time based rule triggering mechanism. No lead assignment on the basis of agent conversion ratio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to fetch leads from multiple channels like website, app, msite and auto assigned to agents. Managed to ceased multiple calls to customers. Barring Junk Leads from assignment, therefore agents to work on qualified leads. Lead tagging and lead search are two main effective features which reduces the effort in every sales pitch.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, email tracking, pricing is good, easy to import data, interface with outlook emails. alerts when communications from customers are sent or emails/links clicked and opened. very easy to get new team member trained on the system, less then a day and they are using the system in full.
What do you dislike about the product?
when i find something i send a support message and see if they will include in next release. at the moment to early to consider dislikes as it is improving our process now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
visibility across the team on business critical data. Keeping account data on customers and making it easy to see this information. building a strong sales pipeline to help with a growing business. customer support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend as a starting point for CRM in your company. With the very easy to use UI and features you will get to see results quickly and start to improve your sale pipeline and customer support

Very easy interface that integrates well with our support systems (FreshDesk).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features that need to be added and worked out but this is a new product and that should be expected.

Global access to sales piipeline and data across departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Reports, the app and the pipelines are the best features available in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to download the report chart, no option for escalating a deal/lead if it is not contacted for some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to organise the business contacts and the follow up procedure using this CRM.
