What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Automox the amount of information that is provided to us about the assets and the ease of deploying scripts to many devices at once. One of the upsides to using Automox is the UI/UX, as it is very easy and intuitive to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Automox is the limits of the worklet catalog. One of the downsides of using Automox would be that there is a lack of information and tutorials made by third parties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automox helps us keep our devices more secure by helping us keep track of the state of each system and patching as needed. When a system configuration is needed to be applied to many hosts, it saves us time by automating and deploying this process very quickly and easily.
Patch management tool I needed
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to segment different types of systems via groups, policies, and being able to upload installers to customize software install is very convenient. Removal of software via different set of customizable commands helps as well. All of our systems are on Automox, updated reguarly on a set schedule. Agent install are easy and straightforward, and Automox has responsive customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
For certain update item, Automox seems to be pushing software which fails, then reboots the system on its set schedule if policy is set that way which could irritate some users. Being able to selectively "mark off" some updates from within Automox console could be a nice feature request for future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automox is helping a team of IT department with patching duties across all systems and we are very happy overall. Highly recommended.

Best 3rd Party Patching Software Out There
What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use Automox for 3rd-party patching that helped fill a major security gap for our existing tools such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM. Additionally, the granularity of the tool is a key factor that set's it apart from competitors. Having the ability to unify patch procedures for all our Operating Systems (IOS, MacOS, Windows 11, Windows Server, RHEL) is a huge win.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of standard, automated API integrations with leading Vulnerability Management Solutions, such as Tenable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our existing patching tools (MS Intune, SCCM), we lack features to patch third-party software in a seemless, automated manner. This caused signficant risk as critical security vulnerabilities piled up over time and caused several 'fire drills' for admins. By using Automox, we were able to completely remediate this risk by configuring automated third-party patching. Additionally, this has been helpful for better understanding current vulnerabilities on systems. Besides reducing security risk, this has also ensured all employees have the same client experience, helping reduce significant help-desk time during troubleshooting client issues.
Excellent manage tool and more!
What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy to use and a great way to manage and update a large number of devices, convenient for keeping your endpoints up to date, You can set up policies to push Windows updates and 3rd parties applications. Also, it allows you to view critical areas in his dashboard and recommend what action can be taken. Fast installation and set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website crashes and sends you to a different page. The report filtering may take some time to load, especially for a large number of devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central manages all our network devices in one place. Push updates or installation is fast and save a lot of hours.

I was looking for a tool to work patching my enviornment and when I setup my trial account everything was so easy! I Have been logging in everyday to get the policies setup just the way that I'm wanting dut to having different machine roles but all of the different features that are there make it so easy to get off the ground and working!
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote feature that is an addon isn't my favorite but that is ok because this can just run in the background!

It has been great experience from the start
What do you like best about the product?
It has a nice layout and once you understand what you are looking at, it is super informative and really helps you get a gauge of what devices need attention
What do you dislike about the product?
To start off with, I feel like there was a lot of information thrown on screen at you. To go back to what I liked most, there is on screen and it can be a bit much off the rip. A nice overlay showing what features there are and where to click to see certain things would be nice when you first log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to see what devices are at risk more easily and is helping us automate SMW on servers
