Easiest way to patch a large fleet.
What do you like best about the product?
The policies make patch management of a large fleet of systems easy. We haven't been able to keep this under control through SCCM or Microsoft Intune or through other MDM solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I see the benefit of zones, I feel like it is un-necessary for most enterprises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automox is scanning the end user systems and providing vulnerabilities along with easy profiles to fix the vulnerabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Automox because it simplifies and automates patch management across all our devices, saving us time and effort. It’s incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, allowing us to deploy patches and updates quickly and efficiently across various operating systems. The ability to centralize everything in one platform means I can stay on top of security updates and compliance without having to manually check each machine. Plus, the real-time monitoring and reporting give me peace of mind that everything is up to date and secure. Automox really streamlines our IT processes, making it easier to ensure our systems are always protected and running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somtimes there is isnt the latest updates, for example Edge update that came out the next day, it would not be there to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual Patch Management: Before Automox, patching and updating systems was a time-consuming and error-prone manual process. With Automox, I no longer need to manually apply patches across multiple devices. It automates updates for Windows, macOS, and Linux, saving hours of manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love How clear and concise the dashboard is! It tells me the vulnerabilities by severity, the health of my organization and what critical updates are still outstanding all in one glance!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could manually push a policy out to all devices within a group from the "Groups" view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing a consolidated patch management solution with the ability to automate policies and prove security controls are in place.

Very easy to navigate, set up policies, and training staff is easy.

Nothing its the perfect solution for us.

WFH was a pain for keeping machines updated, Automox makes this a pain free process.
Helpful patching solutions with ease of scale
What do you like best about the product?
Automox make it easy to deliver releases and patches to all our supported OS systems. With the ability to scale our supported systems automox is a genuine powerhouse in that department saving loads of time and complexities from outdated OS systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all softwares are supported and they should offer a place or destination to vote on the next lineage of softwares to be onboarded along with the expected timeline (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4) of the delivery.

Ease of updating and patching all softwares managed by our devices saving heaps of time and headache.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes it is hard to report on devices that are affected by any CVE
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Automox is patching all our managed endpoints with us having the ability to have zero-day patching for some commonly vulnerable apps i.e. chrome

What do you like best about the product?
As an IT engineer, tasked with ensuring our clients endpoints remain up to date, and in-line with our software / patching compliance standards. The thing I like most of Automox is the UI, the ease of navigation allows me to see the data I need, Since we have implemented Automox for a number of our clients, we have seen greater levels of control, and a more standardized uptodate operating environement. I have also found the customer services support to be outstanding, with issues quickly resolved, allowing us to ensure our clients environments experience minimal downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
As currnt, I have discovered no issues with the use of Automox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We as an MSP have many customers, and being able to see a centralized web portal where we can readily see their environemtns and patching standards / statistics, has greatly improved our workflow experience in ensring endpoint security by ensuring critical KBs are installed asap!
Automox has changed my job entirely!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing would be the simplicity to navigate and understand the data. Although I am the primary admin foe the Automox platform at our company, I can rest esier knowing that any other admin on my team can go in and easily see what we have going on and easily troubleshoot any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the remote sessions were more robust in the features it offered. It would be nice to be able to disable client controls or even a curtain maintenance mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automox is our entire patching solution. It makes my jib so easy to quickly navigate and see any outdstanding vulnerabilities. I can quickly set up policies to address concerns, make changes on the fly as needed, and provide data and analytics to our senior management team to inform our decisions.
Automox is Simple and Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Automox helps run our company effieciently with patches every weeks whether it's google, edge, adobe, and etc. This saves our technicians and myself time for machines to be complient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automox really only has one purpose for us and it's patch management. If they were to offer other services we would be inclined to purchase them through Automox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automox is helping solve our patch management issues where we do not have to worry about it on the IT Administrator side of things.
