What do you like best about the product?
Automox is highly effective for automated patch management, reducing manual work by promptly addressing vulnerabilities across various operating systems. its cloud-based nature enables easy deployment and scaling without complex on-premises infrastrucuture. With real-time monitoring, custom policies and a user friendly interface, Automox provides a seamless experience for maintaining security compliance, improving the overall security posture with minimal effort.

Real-time reporting can be delayed, affecting immediate visibility into system compliance and vulnerabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automox helps address several key business challaenges, including reducing the risk of cyber threats by automating patch management across different operating systems, ensuring timely updates to patch vulnerabilities. it also minimizes manual worload for IT teams, allowing them to focus on more strategic tasks.

Wonderful Patch Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of patching systems and keeping an eye on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote software is not as good as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Systems crashing due to not getting properly patched.
Great Cloud Based Patch Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Automox has been great for us as a service provider. Maintaining a central server for patching was alway an obstacle when dealing with a multi-tenant customer base. Automox easily solved this issue for us. It's also very affordable for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. It's been a good tool for our use case. Maybe adding more multi-tenant features would allow a better experience for our customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solved the issue of maintiaing a central repo server for updates. We are a service provider and opening holes in our network to allow a central server is not a best practice. Automox solved this issue for us. Also allows for multi-tenancy which was a hard requirement.

The ability to control patching and stop Patch Tuesday from Microsoft.

There is nothing so far that i dont like about Automox.

Solid platform with good reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Automated updates and the ability to push out scripts, high versatility and time saving, easy to push out/add devices

Sometimes endpoints stop communicating to the tennant properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users previously had to update their device themselves, this eliminates that need and brings us in line with our acreditations and pen testing

Automox is giving us a unified patch management platform across all of our laptop and desktop estate (Windows, Mac and Linux) which allows us a far more streamlined approach to compliance reporting and vulnerability tracking

Once setup and be left without much overhead time needing to check up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the failed updated doesnt give straight forward reasons for the failed update eg others in queue.

To keep up to date with the latest patches and various OS versions.
