What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the interface and the ability to learn in the automox school. Any questions can usually be self taught or quickly assisted. Interface is simple, setting up policies is straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have always wished there was a progress bar when installing updates manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before automox we were installing updates manually. This would result in hours/days of work on off hours or resulting in unpatched endusers.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to patch systems that have hard to patch 3rd party applications. Very easy to use overall when trying to remediate vulnerabilities on your assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting options are a little on the lighter side and would like to see more statistics based reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automox helps us patch our server enviroment wheras we can't do that with Intune. We also have the ability to patch 3rd party applications such as Google/Firefox on the fly whereas its cumbersome to do so with other technoligies like Intune.

What do you like best about the product?
Central management of all our devices and the possibility to excute worklet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need of mailbox to our account to validate account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us to get one only way to patch our Linux and Windows servers.
And handle a part of our compliance with the use of worklet.

What do you like best about the product?
As an admin, I appreciate how Automox simplifies patch management across diverse environments. The cloud-based interface is user-friendly, allowing for easy automation of updates and configuration management.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main downsides is that the reporting features could be more detailed. Although the platform provides a clear overview, more granular data on system patches and detailed logs would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform ensures that all systems are secure by automating patch management, enforcing compliance, and reducing vulnerabilities. This leads to better overall security posture, lower risk of cyberattacks, and a more efficient IT workflow. For me, it simplifies endpoint management, allowing me to focus on more strategic IT tasks instead of repetitive maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
Automox is easy to use with a nice user interface. The suite of features helps us save a lot of time, we use it mostly for patch management and remote actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had an issue with a new Automox version and support wasn't really responsive at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy to use helpdesk support software

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to create custom PowerShell scripts to automate service tasks. It also automatically runs updates without forcing the users to do anything but restarting their computer. Rollout was also very easy, and their team was very responsive during the trial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is completely silent from the user's end, with no way for them to impact the software. This means that if the software is taking a while to load, then you have no control over the computer, nor can you instruct the user on how to restart it on their end. This gets really annoying if you're trying to remote in or run a worklet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's letting us silently run updates and push out higher-level computer changes to all users simultaneously without needing to interrupt them or tell them to do it themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
It's overview of what patches are outstanding and categorising them according to severity and days outstanding. (NOT written by an AI. I don't know why you keep saying this)
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be a bit unclear. For example when trying to filter devices accoridng to group. it's not as straight forward as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't have a proper patch management solution and had tried using Azure's Arc to get an overview of what's outstanding but the reporting and the inteface sucked.

What do you like best about the product?
Automox is a really good patching tool and if you give it a bit of time to setup you can achieve quite alot of configurations and solutions for your company.
I would even say its so easy to use you most likely wont need to call customer support but even if you did they are more then happy to give you a tour again.

we used it everyday for all of our windows servers for a full year without any kind of misshaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The logon time is way to short, its a bit frustrating when you are having alot stuff open at the time and you intend to back in quickly to check something but you need to manually log in again.

Automox should seperate OS patching and security patching and 3rd party software patching into different categories in the software section instead of having one big one instead.

A uninstall flag on your agent exe would be appreciated

The web interface can be tricky to learn at first.

Big Hammer on update to all applications that are outdated with a single click

The reporting feature on what is being updated could be better.

We use Crowdstrike to review vulnerbilities and use automox to patch.
