Ease of installation, configuration, and time from Installation to Insights Generation. The quality of the recommendations learn based on the actions we take
What do you dislike about the product?
For Non-Kubernetes environments, we don't get insights into the application context. Given the fact that the cloud provider's cost data is not really helpful at a granular level, tools like this should enable more context
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the cost structures quickly, including reservations, and specific custom discounts, and finding quick wins for reducing costs. In the long run we hope to look at even more quality recommendations

What do you like best about the product?
The greatest resource management software is IBM Turbonomic, which boosts productivity, automates driven choices, and improves application performance throughout the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Writing queries and correctly scheduling tasks might be particularly challenging when using the UI. There are no automatic updates, and the UI feels basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even the Network Performance Management and AIOps problems are solved by IBM Turbonomic. In order to manage the activities, it is also utilised for the application performance monitoring tool.

With IBM Turbonomic its easy-to-configure automation ONLY when the work environment is standardized to work in hybrid environment's.

What do you like best about the product?
With IBM Turbonomic, we have achieved great productivity as a result of how resources are managed and allocated across the system ensuring optimal functionality of all our systems. Required resources are distributed effectively especially where they are needed most. It has improved performance of all our systems in the way it manages resources and monitor our cloud system.
What do you dislike about the product?
IBM Turbonomic is an efficient tool with excellent output generally. However, not all companies can easily afford it because of its high price. The company should come up with different packages to suit every conpany different needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing that we are enjoying and maximinzing is how resources are beong allocated in terns of what is needed most at a particular time. This has positively improved our productivity. Every system is working perfectly and we are delivering fully to our consumers.

Can be quite expensive especially for small businesses to acquire even though it offers great advantages.

It is simple to monitor our cloud infrastructure, detect anomalies, and take action to ensure smooth operations. Using IBM Turbonomic has greatly improved the performance metrics of our platform and application.

It is expensive. It may be good to provide more precise information on all interfaces because certain dashboards are simple to use while others may need considerable effort to learn and utilize

Haven't experienced any negative feedback so far as it has been great in ensuring our processes are smooth and in return boosting productivity. It would be great though, if they would consider the cost of acquiring it to enable organization with budget contraints benefit from it.

Very good for managing resources for our virtual environment
What do you like best about the product?
I like that using IBM Turbonomic i am able to monitor my IT infrastructure snd forecast on resources requirement for specific environments/virtual servers. This allows me to allocate resources to virtual environment where theu are much needed. Tbis ensures that our servers are well supplied with enough resources to ensure thay are up and running well. I also like the what if scenario runs a very effective and helpful forecasting, planning snd risk assessment for all virtual machines, this allows me to plan and schedule all resources allocation and distribution and ensure that every applications or servers thats highly used has enough resources to allow for efficient and uninterrupted performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product much like other IBM products is very expensive, also the log analyses should be improved to make tgem easier yo understand and take appropriate measures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a fully digitized business , all our business operations are handled online including customwr engagement and support, so we need to keep this online virtual environment in good performance level for our service to be efficient and effective. IBM Turbonomic scans our virtual environment and determine where resources are underutilized and wgere they are needed the most, thiw allows us to properly distribute and allocate this resources such as storage and memory and ensure that all critical or hugh usage applications are working at optimum performance level for bwtter customer experience on our applications.
