What do you like best about the product?
I like LeadSquared Sales CRM for its comprehensive features and lead management. It helps us with managing leads, daily tasks, follow-ups, reports, and provides excellent analytical capabilities. It's the best CRM I've worked on so far. I also appreciate how it allows customization of the sales flow to match the organization and enables real-time tracking of associates. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything was fine with the software, but I think LeadSquared should integrate AI, as competitors are using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadSquared Sales CRM managed our huge inflow of leads from campaigns, streamlining everything smoothly. It provides comprehensive features, lead management, and analytical reports, allowing customization of sales flow and real-time tracking of associates.

I use LeadSquared Sales CRM for the auto dialer, and I really like its user-friendly interface. It keeps a good track of lead management and provides real-time analysis of leads. The auto dialer saves a lot of time without causing any disturbance, and it's easy to handle, which helps us generate a lot of good leads for our business. The initial setup was very easy as well.

I like that LeadSquared Sales CRM can be integrated with the user's platform, which helps track daily engagement. It even prompts us on what topic our cold call pitch should be, which really helps in converting customers from free classes to paid classes. I also appreciate the one-click call feature from LeadSquared, which saves a lot of time. The proper training module provided by the LeadSquared team on using the filters and creating a new lead was helpful. LeadSquared is the best CRM for B2C.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me it's a really good CRM. Maybe if we can add AI like ChatGPT.

I use LeadSquared Sales CRM to maintain all lead information, track their daily activity, and identify hot leads with its scoring system. It can integrate with user platforms, prompting us with call pitch topics and assisting in converting leads from free to paid classes.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me keep track of all lead details and lead tracking, including payments, activities, documentation, call log details, and everything else. I can integrate multiple software tools into the CRM, and it also helps with every reminder.

I don’t have anything to dislike about it, and it works very smoothly.

This CRM helps me track all lead details and set follow-up reminders for every lead. It keeps all information up to date, and overall it works very smoothly.
Super Easy to Use with All Reporting & Analytics in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy, I've used as well as worked here so I know in and out of it. It is easily understandable, all the reporting and analytics in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. it is a little price sensitive, but easily negotiable!

User-Friendly CRM That Excels in Sales and Support
What do you like best about the product?
Since 2019, I have been working with Leadsquared CRM at two different companies, and my experience continues through to 2025. My introduction to Leadsquared was at Unacademy, where I first learned to navigate and utilize the platform. Later, at PagarBook, I took on the responsibility of building and configuring the entire Leadsquared system from scratch. In my current role, I manage every aspect of Leadsquared, from daily operations to system creation and ongoing maintenance. It's notable that PagarBook is among the few organizations where the Leadsquared implementation was handled entirely in-house. I find Leadsquared to be a highly user-friendly solution, making it ideal for both sales and support teams. Its transparent and efficient workflow, from initial setup to full execution, leads me to consider it one of the top choices available. There customer support are quick and efficient and one of the best in the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of features would improve this CRM. They are currently working on it after my feedback.

Managing leads and tasks is straightforward with this tool. The mobile application is user-friendly for the field sales team, which makes it a highly efficient solution.
