The Best CRM
What do you like best about the product?
People who are all entering in to the sales profession. They will face a lot of issues and challenges in their probation period, In terms of handling the prospects, their data and also their followups as well. Nearly, they will do more than 200 calls per day nowadays. To make this process simple and more precise, Leadsquared has the taken out the great solution in terms of CRM. My concern why I liked the most is all about it's simplicity and easy to user defines basic menus and its attributes
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not find any thing wrong in that platform. This platform is absolutely good and helpful for the people from industries where they are handling more clients. Especially in the mobile app, It might get updated in the lighter version. So we can access the data in a faster way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned earlier, sales was my first job in my career. Everyday i used to connect with more than 200 plus users. It was really hard hitting at that tim, Lead squared help me a lot to take up the thing in a smother way. And also it differentiated the shades of the users like toched untouched, fesh leads. Kind of. Being a sales person. It was actually helped me to made my tasks in a lighter way

If any one looking for a CRM which helps you in identify the differen kinds of users, helping in convert the prospect and also identifying the preferred customer with more easy and simpler way, then Leadsquared ia right choice for using.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is organizing the leads with ease. It is just a piece of cake to check the activities of a client. No more checking it on the excel sheet, no more confusion on the client onboarding status. It is very transparent to check the onboarding status of the client. Sending mail to the clients is like using a Self button rather than a kicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features like mobile numbers are not displayed perfectly for a few clients. Might be a possibility of the wrong entry on the lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, we use to check the details on our server and match it with the excel sheet we maintain and send it across to our peers. But now, any one of our peers can check the details of a client in a single search.

Now at workfrom home I will be having more than 1000 customer account to handle so to pick the best option from that the advanced filters help me a lot

Sometimes very slow to load and also mobile view is not that upto mark

All cx recent updates have been updated very fastly in leadsquared. If a cx rejected the proposal 3 months before but he changed the mind and now using the product again we can find it very easily and fastly and can convert that sale

What do you like best about the product?
it organises data in a very good manner. it has lot of options to store data and can be filtered data according to our requirement. leads can be stored in different stages for our convience in future. lots of data in any industry can be handled very easily and can be in the form of organized. we have many options to create tabs, lists and many features to personalise our data. advanced search option in lead squared is the best way to pull out data from others by using filters in the same company.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is not much to dislike about the tool. The tabs must be organised as per user requirements. there is no such option as i find. also user should have option to create a stage of his own choice. the price is the only factor which I dislike in the lead squared. it costs around 2,500 INR per user to acquire a basic CRM version. sales CRM is double the price. if you want top-end version then you have to triple the money what you are spending. please get this software only if your company is huge in profits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i solve a lot of problems using leadsquared. i build a funnel to my sales, create tasks and contact leads accordingly. it also sends us reminders for the tasks we have created and that makes us easy. I also can filter the leads according to my requirement very easily. advanced search is one of the best option in lead squared. tabs and lists can be accessed very easily. quick filters solves many issues by filters
Recommendations to others considering the product:
yes, I would recommend to use CRM for your sales and data. but use it only if you have very big data to handle, else I wouldn't suggest for handling small data. because lead squared is too expensive for small scale industries to spend.
Excellent Marketing Automation Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Automation part of the LeadSquared, where we can send emails and SMS based on the lead activity. We use automation feature of the Leadsquared to send emails and SMS based on the lead activity, lead created. Earlier we used to send it manually. It used to take more time to send each mail for each lead separately. Now LeadSquared automation automatically sends the emails and SMS notification for our leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes voice calls won't record in LeadSquared mobile app. It happens once in a while. But support team is available to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, we were using Microsoft Excel and Gmail. We don't know when the lead came to our database, we don't know what the lead is doing online. We started using Leadsquared for Lead Management.Then we explored other integrations to streamline our process.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far no any dislikes, but It is only 60 days I have started using fulfledged, Will be very early to comment on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beaing realestate company we got leads from many sources online and offline. I have been able to create all my leads at 1 place with proffessional welcome sms & Email. also do auto distribuion of leads as per per reset criteria's.

What do you like best about the product?
Supports lead capturing from various sources. CRM easy to use for our sales team. Great marketing automation features. Love the fact there is an app to go along with it. The landing page builder is also a great addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be reduced. Additional apps in "Apps Marketplace" should be made free.
