What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximo is currently used to create&track all compliance and non-compliance operations activities in the refinery field. The company’s goal is that all work done to maintain the safety and reliability of the refinery related activities is logged in Maximo. Maximo is also used for work order,work request,log records, and other documental activities of our entire organization called KIPIC

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me a lot with our asset management, creating Job Plans, Preventive Maintenance, Track our Inventory and monitor our consumables, able to get the right data for Job completion, Create work permit, and service request.
What do you dislike about the product?
Assigning crew on the daily, weekly task. It takes too much time assigning them on the PM/Job Plans. May be there is a better way to simpify this, although its been a while I am not doing any task assignment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a good source of Data for task-related completion and cancellation. To determine the cause of the downtime whether it is a mechanical or manpower issue. For mechanical or equipment issue, this can be used as a justification to make procurement for an added asset and the same goes for manpower issues where you can also Justify this for manpower resources need.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it has a lot of asset management and monitoring features in one place and that's great, plus I like managing daily orders efficiently, but the best part is how easy IBM Maximo is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a good application and there is nothing wrong with it, I hope I will not have any problems in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our problems once it was implemented in order to oder work and be able to save data and manage our assets and it's amazing that this product meets our needs.

It's a great software, I recommend it, it will make your work life easier.
Maximo an order tracking tool wit han easy to use interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like IBM Maximo because it's easy to use and the ability to track is one of the best features. Its also very well optimized and runs smoothly and very fast. I also liked the ease of maintenance and inventory management features. Great software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing wrong with this tool, I just wish they would innovate a bit and add more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved invoice processing, resolved issues with work order tracking, helped us a lot and we are satisfied.

An excellent and very powerful tool for medium and large industries
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ability to track and manage orders on the job and whats going on in the facility so you can reuse and eliminate maintenance procedures, its crucial for companies that have teams in the field and combine that with automation of closed-circuit, what I like the most is the traceability connectivity because this software comes with good information and is very powerful for tracking.

It's good but I wish it was a little easier to use and improve the interface a bit, which is not very friendly.

IBM Maximo is crucial to our business because it is essential for keeping track of time and employees added to the overall system. It is a very powerful software and is good for easy inventory management and workflow management.

It is Easy to build the application, and easy to configure and use the tool.
Tried automation with this tool although it is a heavy tool it supported most of the automation tools on it

As easy it is easy to use the tool but it will become complex when integrate with 3rd party system. May be giving more inbuilt options to connect will be much appreciated other than automation scripts .

I am a developer of IBM maximo so technically i can say it is helping me more to grow technically like building crons, or automation scripts. IBM maximo solves all asset management issues such as maintaing inventory, PO, invoice etc

It's great for asset management, it served its purpose and our work order management needs, and we did well with IBM Maximo.
