its very ease to use, implementation is very easy, customer support service is also good, frequency of use is very good, it has very good number of features and integration is very easy.

it is very bulky and user gets confused.

Maximo IT under Maximo suite really helps lot. Lot of our customers uses for their workloads. Integration with Maximo suite enables faster delivery. East of use and Ease of implementation. Development team is ready to consider the requirements and deliver it in the next release. Available 24x7 customer support.

IBM Maximo helps in asset management. It is also user friendly. And it helps in integration with other applications.

Setting IBM Maximo is time consuming. Also, the licensing model is quite expensive

What do you like best about the product?
I would like to say that the ease of access and use it provides is way better then the tools available in the market. It is easy to implement and apply to the assessts cordination. Whenever required it can used frequently and made available to the users. It provides excellent customer support whenever there is an issue with its variant features. I would like to say that the navigation is pretty easy as the integeration is quite simple and user-friendly. In total, it is a great product to ease productivity and management.

As of now, I do not find any issues with this software.

It was helpful in maintaining the vehicles used by our organisation and reporting for them whenever a service is due. It also helped us to manage our peripherals in IT team.
