What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post across all our social media platforms with one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the tagging dynamic as it currently is. It's glitchy and won't allow certain things. But overall it's pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving a lot of problems for me. I find it very beneficial that I can save time by posting across all our platforms and proactively schedule posts for the future.

Hootsuite helps us manage social

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a user-friendly platform for managing multiple social platforms - something that was time-consuming and clunky for our small non-profit to do on our own. It's easy to create posts, customize as needed for different platforms, and schedule well in advance. We like the suggested post times, that has been a helpful feature for us. We use it weekly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it automatically saved posts while you were working on them - sometimes I have to walk away and I forget to save my work as a draft, and then it times out and you lose it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a hard time posting on multiple social accounts before using Hootsuite - it was a hassle to log in to multiple platforms and we couldn't schedule things out nearly as easily as we can in with Hootsuite. The scheduling alone is worth it for us.

Decent scheduling platform with room for a couple of minor improvements

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is pretty intuitive and there seems to be lots more that it could do for us - I doubt we are really getting the most out of it; features like the analytics and listening. We use it for the scheduling so that our posts can go live at times we're not available to post live. I like the ability to schedule a group of posts across different platforms with the same image but tailored text, all at the same time. Customer Support have been responsive when I've needed them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be easier to duplicate a set of posts at the same time; i.e. where I have scheduled similar posts for Facebook, Instagram, X, I have to open each post individually to schedule it again. It would be more efficient if I could duplicate the whole set in the same way I originally scheduled them; this is when the text has been tailored differently for each platform.
Our account seems to get disconnected from LinkedIn regularly - not sure why?
Would like to be able to go back further than 12 months on the schedule. It would make it much easier to reschedule seasonal posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creates the ability to post at times I wouldn't normally be available to post, meaning we can get our content out at the ideal time. The recommended time feature is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use features and adding channels is smooth and quick. Never faced any issue with scheduling a post or adding a channel
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. The features that I use on Hootsuite all seem to working as I want them to

Having all the social channels at one place where I can easily schedule a post and having the ease of drafting a post through AI. It helps to quickly prepare a draft for the post

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hootsuite is the ability to schedule posts in advance. My job is not only managing social media, so I don't have lots of time to post on-demand. Hootsuite not only allows me to schedule, but tells me the best day/time for each social network.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative things to say about Hootsuite. It's easy to use, the cost is manageable for our non-profit, it has great analytics, and saves me time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping us get out our information in a timely manner. We're able to promote our programs and services on a variety of platforms to reach as many people as possible. It saves time from having to post on each network individually.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that new features are implemented that help with efficiency, but don't skimp on quality posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The posting capabilites don't always line up with the social media platform. For example, Hootsuite will tell me my video is too long, but I can post manually to TT or IG using the same content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting multiple accounts/channels all at once. Also, the analytics are all in one place with customizable reports. This helps me better assess ROI and content strategies.

Hootsuite Changed The Game!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to move things around for my team. There are only three employees where I work but we are all in Hootsuite scheduling different things and often end up needing to shuffle things based on priority. It's easy for us to move each others work or set it as a draft to be rescheduled if needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside is when disconnections or posts don't go up because of some error but I don't even think this issue is on Hootsuite. The connections can only happen for so long and I think the downtime is usually also on the social media sites side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it clear what's going up when and where there's room in the schedule. It also makes it easy to keep track of when the right time to post is so we can prioritize bigger posts for peak hours

What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite has been excellent for me to manage our social presence. We have two businesses, and I can run them both via one single view, which is great. Also, the team aspect that HootSuite supports is great. All of us can work in unison to prep posts, then approve them, and then post them. It's a great tool that saves us a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it's been great. I have had no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mainly solves the problem of organizing and posting social media content to multiple brands.

Pandemic Panic....

What do you like best about the product?
I first started using Hootsuite during the pandemic after having to let our marketing coordinator go. I was amazed at how easy and efficient it was to use. As I dove into it more, I found it easy to post more often, the engagement with our posts went up, and our followers doubled across all channels. Beyond that, I am enjoying the new AI integration, along with the integration with Grammarly, making our post so much more effective and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have a downside to address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It intially was a solution to simply assist with the administrative and tactical function of getting things posted to our social channel. Now it is grown to become an integral part of our messaging strategy. I particalulay like the ability to mange so much from my phone.
