What do you like best about the product?
Its a very easy-to-understand and use platform. From beginners to pros, Hootsuite is a go-to social media management platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Google Business is missing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me schedule my posts for multiple platforms in one go. The Owly Ai is wonderful tool that helps brainstorm the captions and the hashtags for the posts and also it helps with the suggested days and time schedules that would work best for the platforms for the maximum engagement from the users.

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics report making, saves us hours.

Unable to make use of social listening or industry insights for a region like Saudi Arabia or a specific industry like DryCleaning & Laundry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compiling all reports together from multiple social media accounts.
Scheduling content a month or two ahead.

Nothing ahah I like everything on Hootsuite!

I couldn't plan 4 posts a day using the original social networking tools, Hootsuite saved me

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate being able to manage three social media accounts from one platform with Hootsuite. It's great for organising our social media content and having it all visualised in one place. I love being able to make updates, look at the big picture, and share posts directly from the platform without visiting each individual website. The workflow for approvals is very helpful for team collaboration. What stands out the most to me is managing and visualising all scheduled content in one calendar, especially when managing many accounts, it's a lifesaver! Hootsuite is very easy to use; even my colleagues who were new to it found it easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work in a very niche industry so for me the AI Powered content doesn't work well. For generic posts, like for example a "Merry Christmas" post, it works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to organise our social media content, manage and visualise all scheduled posts in a calendar, make comments and share posts easily, and utilise its workflow for post approvals.

What do you like best about the product?
The tools I have found most usefuel have been AI, scheduling, and the inbox messages from all platforms. This makes my job much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if this has been address yet, but would like the ability to respond to comments via Hootsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s great for managing multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard, which is super helpful for staying organized and efficient. The ability to schedule posts, track engagement, and analyze performance all in one place is a huge plus. Plus, the integration with various apps and tools can really streamline workflows for social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface a bit overwhelming, especially with its many features and customization options. It can also get pricey, particularly if you need access to advanced features or have a large team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and Automation: I can schedule posts in advance, ensuring consistent content delivery without needing to be online all the time. This helps in maintaining an active social presence even when you're busy with other tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts, and it really helps with time management by making the scheduling process more efficient. I love the reporting and competitive analysis features. They make it easier to see what performs well and understand what my customer base wants to see. They also provide insights into how we are doing compared to other companies in our industry. Setting up Hootsuite was so easy, which was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it's just me, but sometimes there is a lag when opening Hootsuite. So maybe faster online speed. Quicker response time, quicker website open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts, which saves time on time management and reporting. It makes it easier to see what performs well and gauge our performance compared to other companies.

Best Tool for the Job

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite's social listening tools, the AI that they have recently installed, the calendar, the recommended posting times, and the ability to manage all my social media accounts in one place. As a social media coordinator for a business that runs 3 brands on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, this has been a convenient and easy tool to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always get a notification in my inbox every time I'm tagged across my social accounts and I cannot schedule or post Reels or Shorts from Hootsuite, but no one can do that at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to check 3 accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and X every day, which is so helpful! I can also plan posts for the best time depending on each brand's audience.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use, great interface. I love how Hootsuite offers certifications too. They have great customer support. It makes my job easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitchy at times and messes up UTM links so I would have to post most things one platform at a time. Once I got into the routine it didn't bother me, but I wish it was easier. Also, not sure if its their APIs with different social platforms (I know especially Meta they are constantly updating their systems/algorithms so I know its amazing that Hootsuite can stay on top of it) but the analytics were at times very unreliable. One last thing - I wish Hootsuite would notify you in advanced when an account is about to be disconnected because once it is, it messes up analytics.

Scheduling content in advanced, gathering social media analytics at just a few clicks.
