What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Hootsuite the most is its intuitive UI and wonderful workspace that works for groups of all sizes
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to schedule IG Stories and lose of quality on IG posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple account in one loaction

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is so easy to use and easily integrates with all our social media platforms. I can seamlessly create posts and adjust them for each platform all in the same window. I also love how it links with Canva to easily create posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigations to reporting pages can be tough to find/utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite puts all my social platforms into one place and posts for me so I don't have to individually post on each platform.

Makes my job 10X easier

What do you like best about the product?
Working in communications at a non-profit, I must stay up to date on what's happening in the community and industry trends. Hootsuite's stream feature allows me to easily follow topics of interest and industry leaders. I currently have a stream for each of our social networks and find it extremely helpful to use! However, what I enjoy the most about Hootsuite is that it allows me to plan my month's content by allowing me to visualise and schedule posts with its planner feature. Additionally, I save a lot of time by uploading content to multiple platforms and making edits on its publishing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of using Hootsuite is that it occasionally disconnects from a social network and you don't get notified until you enter the platform again. As well as the composer tool doesn't have much flexibility for editing reels or stories. It would be very helpful to be able to add trending music or edit short videos on the platform and help boost the visibility of your posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most small businesses have a one-man marketing team. Hootsuite saves time in manually scheduling posts and in analytics, and it keeps us informed through streams.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have an overview of all the social media I manage helps me tremendously in my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it unfortunate that the format of Instagram photos does not align with the rest of the other social media. This requires us to do additional manual work. Fortunately, I no longer have to use it as part of my duties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not required to open each of the social media platforms I manage to access my posts and customer comments.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about the Hootsuite service is the analytics report. It makes my job so much more easier to respond to the trends and audience likes/dislikes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of options for social listening on Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the need for data. This helps me when I have to present to my supervisors about how my work is impacting our team.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support has been absolutely outstanding. Our team has had a lot of changes in budget and scope for the tool over the last few years and the team has fought to win our business and find terms that are agreeable. As for the platform, I've used it nearly every day. It makes posting easy and tracking performance easier. Cannot sing enough praise for Hootsuite!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can be a little slow to respond when making changes to captions, but overall it's a great experience!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite consolidates our social media platforms, making it easy to get posts out everywhere on time. It's ability to collect performance data and house it in one location is central to our social strategy and has greatly sped up our analytics process.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite provides my company a seamless social media outlet that allows us to post frequently and simultaneously without having to log in to other websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Hootsuite. I have not had any negative experiences from using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows my company to utilize more time with work related things and less time posting and creating posts. Hootsuite benefits my team very well.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the planner feature and analytics. Both have variations that allow for ease of use and customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest downsides are text limitations for premium accounts, translation to Facebook & LinkedIn with links and tagging. There are things that could be improved that don't require us to use the platforms for each post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk posting and scheduling, platform analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a powerful social analytics tool and has helped us to gain insights into our social media performance. I liked its real time- analytics,custom dashboard and social media listening capabilities.
Real-time analytics provides real-time data such as engagement,reach impression etc.Competitive analytics can help to bench mark the performance aganist the competition.
It is easy to use and offers users a wide set of options for using external applications in addition to purely setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of their services does not have the phone support feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think there can be better features incorporate into hootsuite that makes it a better user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite enables me to be sure that I am consistent and regular in my social sharing. By scheduling all my posts I am always on time and am sure that my followers are kept up to date and informed
